Three of them broke quickly, and support wants you to troubleshoot and send endless clips, while half the team seems to know nothing about their own system. They also say they don't have reklamationer since joining PayPal and won't take them. All of it felt slow, confusing, and wasteful, and I regretted buying there.
Could not stand this and would rate it zero. Paypal POS (ex zettle) flat out fails for me. Payments canceled every time, no errors, no reasons given. Just stopped. Support won't listen, ask for a screenshot and act clueless. Some staff can't even log in anymore. Absolute junk. Switching to Square... Could not stand this and would rate it zero. verification fails and ive cant use the card reader without it and ive wasted hours trying to fix this issue today

Appalling service
Terrible experience with support. No talk or updates; I hit needless limits on my accounts. Their payment setup keeps failing and blocks customer payments. They have capped how much I can pull out even though they say there’s no limit. They can’t explain why their systems fail and meanwhile my buyers lose belief in our payment setup. I’m shocked at how hard they make it to withdraw money, since that is how they earn. I get part of why they hold funds for interest, but stopping me from taking money at all makes no sense. Their staff are surprised at how bad their system is, so I think their total incompetence means I must look for another provider. Absolutely useless, so save yourself trouble by choosing someone else with a fair rating; PayPal has lost the plot and ruined the good system Zettle had before PayPal took over. Every call left me with more questions and no real help. I tried to reach them many times, but answers came late and vague. My customers complained too, and orders got delayed or blocked. Totally unfair experience.
Straightforward details about the issue I faced led to a quick fix, leaving me satisfied with the outcome and no further hassle.
