After several emails up and down they seem to have blocked my email address. I will now hand the case to the dispute resolution body. Stay away, scam! I do not trust them at all!
Zalando is my regular shop, but their instant chat help is awful. The agents are rude and not helpful. Marcel was unhelpful today. It can really turn you away from ordering from them forever.

I recently bought something from Zalando Austria, drawn by sales on several items. To my surprise and annoyance, the sale prices vanished at checkout, returning to full price without any heads-up or explanation. That was really confusing. I reached out to support about the issue, assuming it was a glitch. Sadly, my complaint wasn't taken seriously. The reply I got was generic, unhelpful, and showed no real effort to fix the problem or admit it happened. For a site this big and known, this is not ok. I feel fooled and disappointed. I warn others to check prices again before buying, since the discounts you saw may not be what you get. I will think twice before shopping at Zalando again. I might shop somewhere else.
Still, I bought 5 things, kept one, and they keep asking me to pay for the returned item. They won't reply to my mails, and I used the label they sent to send it back. I'm done with Zalando after many years as a customer. Never again, for me.

So far so good
Up to now, every item I bought has left me satisfied. They arrived in a few days, and I didn't need to send anything back, since the quality matched what I expected. I'll change my view if I have to go through a return or refund and support doesn't answer as it should.

Terrible experience. I bought a Blue light card voucher, but you can't use it for jewellery, which is why I bought it. I only learned this after trying to pay with the voucher. Jewellery isn't a 'wearable item!' And also, voucher can't be refunded! What a waste, really. Vouchers gone today.

No refund after 3 months
Back in late January I bought from Zalando, ordering on the 30th (order number: 10604054749371). The items came from several sellers, so I got several boxes. Then refunds started for my items—throughout February and March. The last refund arrived on March 27, but it isn't the full amount yet. In March I chatted with Zalando online about this, and they said the return was on its way, so I shouldn't worry. At one point there was a live chat on zalando.at, but not anymore. I had to email and wait a long time. On April 22 I got an email asking me to fill a form about which articles I didn't receive. I replied that I did receive items and that I have a different issue. No answer, and it's been over two weeks. I sent another email, but still no reply. So, it's been three months now and I am still waiting for the refund. I don't see any clear person or channel to contact for help. If someone would tell me who to talk to, maybe I can get this sorted out soon with help.

My package arrived quickly, even with the holiday slowdowns, so I'm pretty pleased overall. And shipping costs were fair and nice.

Looking at posts online and here, seems they’re not handling things right and losing customers. Watch out

Instead of helping me pull my past orders—sizes and brands that guide my picks in the app—so I could protect future buys, they blocked my account. The support team has been slow and vague, peppered with filler words and excuses, with no real apology. This really pushed me over the edge. Also, about a month ago I got a note about a December order that they forgot to take money for, due to their Sephora tie-up. Now, four months on, they want me to pay 500€. This shows a company with lots of issues, and the risk and hassle aren’t worth it to shop with them. I wanted them to fix the breach and help me, not leave me in the dark with more excuses and fear online.
Not sure why this gets such a low score. The way they treat customers is fair. Fast shipping - I got my box even on a holiday. I wasn't sure about the size, so I bought two of the same item - they paid the return costs and gave me a quick refund too.

Zalando.at runs things fast, much better than other online shops. Returns are easy, and I like that I can pay up to 14 days after receiving an item; so if it doesn’t fit, I can return right away with no hassle about refunds. I've shopped zalando since 2013 and never felt let down. It remains my favorite online store today.

Online shopping used to be my go-to, but after ten years I am done with it. I shopped in NL, ES, IT and Croatian Zalando, and now and then the 'system' only takes bank payments. I messaged Zalando several times and got told they can't fix it, then the chat ended. I shop online every day and never had this silly problem with other sites. Luckily there are a ton of options, so this is not the real problem. Zalando seems to ignore customers and not listen to what they want. This is just so UNPROFESSIONAL! Bye Zalando, I am sure your rivals will be glad. If this keeps up, I will move to other shops and warn friends. Zalando, spare me excuses and fix your payment rules before more people leave soon.
