Got an alert saying I’d missed a drop at Yodel. I was home at the time, and when I checked the camera, no one had tried to deliver. I spoke to Yodel via live chat, they checked the driver’s sat nav and said he wasn’t even at my address. They also said they didn’t know where my parcel was or if it... How can a driver go to the wrong place when the address is clear on the package? I’m unhappy. Because of Yodel's update, the eBay seller says it's my fault I didn't get it. I had to share the live chat proof with him. Absolutely awful service from Yodel. I kept checking the link every hour, hoping it would update, and I had to explain mix-up to seller again, which felt unfair and left me stressed and annoyed with Yodel !!!!

Worse driver I have ever come across…

Worst driver ever. Dropped a box on my driveway and just drove away. No bell, no knock. I sent a complaint email and still heard nothing after ten days. Simply dirty company and dreadful driver. very poor service.

Once they say "delivered" you don't have a chance if not!
Ended up with a note claiming the parcel was here. I got home and couldn't spot it anywhere! I checked the cameras, no one came onto my driveway at delivery time! I checked the seller's site and the photo of the drop looked nothing like my place at all! I spoke to Yodel on their online chat, whic... Ended up with a note claiming the parcel was here. I spoke to Yodel on their online chat, which is a joke, and trust me you need quick fingers or they just end the chat?? The driver clearly lied, saying it was dropped at the right address after many chat talks! It seems they did not check the tracked van to see it was nowhere near my home, or maybe they did??? You can't prove anything; it's me versus their word! I had to reorder the Halloween outfits again for my two girls and hope this driver sorts it out this time! I messaged the seller asking for a different courier, but this morning I got an email from Yodel saying they’re due to deliver it! I bet it will end up where the last one was delivered! I'm not hopeful this will change, and I dread another failed delivery day soon.

Thanks for smooth and reliable service. The price to ship the parcel was fair, and the courier arrived on schedule and reached the spot quickly. I will definitely choose Yodel again and tell others about you to everyone.

Terrible customer experience

Delivery came late. I tried reaching yodel through the chat, but they keep dropping my request. I can't reach anyone, awful customer experience. I also called, and it felt like a waste of time!

Two parcels ordered from on buy .com
Two boxes bought from on buy .com 28/9 from two different sellers neither of which has shown up. You got my packages on 1/10. Where did my packages go! No way to chat with someone. WHERE ARE MY PARCELS!!!!!! I have given the tracking number for one box. The other item was sent again on 19/10 with... terrible service..
An hour by hour watch on the tracker, I waited for a package that was out for delivery all day. The driver moved slow, barely finished more than a couple stops in three hours. My delivery window kept sliding, and when the message finally said “We missed you.” Please set delivery preferences, I ne... My delivery window kept sliding, and when the message finally said “We missed you.” Please set delivery preferences, I nearly blew my top. They never even came to my place! No knock, no note, nothing. They just marked it as missed to end their shift early or something. Why show tracking if the driver will act like they tried? Awful service, awful speed, awful communication. I’ve had better luck with pigeons. Never trusting Yodel again.

I would not give any star if I could
Not sure why I even tried to trust them. A parcel ended up outside my gate and it vanished. Leaving a package at the curb isn’t safe, and I never told the driver to do that. A complaint was filed, yet no one reaches out, even though they say you’ll hear back in 24 hours. No one apologized, and no... Not sure why I even tried to trust them. Please never rely on this company. Live chat ends whenever they feel like it. They clearly aren’t helping. Their customer support is the worst I’ve faced.

thieves for employees!!!!

completely awful. got a photo of my CLOSED glass bin, saying my parcel was inside, with NO proof, and the delivery driver walked off with it!! tried to reach support but no help at all. horrible experience. totally unfair, and frustrated.

Not sure where to begin, but I have to tell you what happened. On October 15, your driver showed in the tracking that the parcel was delivered at 5 30 pm, then eight minutes later it vanished from the screen as out for delivery, with 28 stops before mine. It never reached me. Then I could not get a tracking number or any sense from your AI on the phone or the live chat, and I started to lose faith. The package finally turned up on Sunday the 19th, yet the tracker claimed it was delivered on Saturday the 18th. The box was not outside my door when I looked Sunday afternoon, but it was there when I got home that night. I had asked for it to be left with a neighbour if I was out, but that did not happen, the box was left at my front door for anyone to see. Inside were plants, and the box said KEEP THIS WAY UP in huge letters, which I doubt anyone paid attention to. I think your drivers need more lessons in reading and more care for what they bring. The plants were dead from the long wait and badly damaged, so they are useless to me now, all because your service is useless. I want apology and tracking.

Not a good experience.

Not a nice experience at all. They left my parcel on the garden path in the rain for hours. Not posted, really, as the instructions said. Poor service overall.

Unfortunately can't put "0" instead "1"…
Sadly I couldn't swap "0" for "1". My parcel wasn't collected three times, with door-to-door pickup failing. They rescheduled pickup three times, and still nothing happened, wasting my time and making customers anxious. The worst shipping service ever, with no way to reach a human. The chat bot f... The chat bot fails, the number is useless, and the bot acts dumb. Hey folks, how can this be, no answers, just wait again 48 hours, and after 48 hours the same problems. Now the wait time ran out, the deal got canceled, all due to sheer neglect and no responsibility from these couriers. Liars and scumbags, 👎 I kept checking the app, and it showed nothing moving, like the plan was to stall me until I gave up. If they want my money, tell the truth, don't ignore calls, don't waste more time again.

Yodel, seriously, how hard can it be, just drive to the spot and drop our parcels? Yet too often your drivers show no respect for them. Day 4, still waiting for my parcel. The courier didn't collect the parcel…

On Thursday the courier skipped picking up the parcel. Even with many calls and chats, the parcel still isn't collected today. It's Monday evening here, actually. I tried to contact via chat today but the agent closed it! I don't recommend!

Unreliable!!
Parcel left on 13th October. Still travelling and tracking hasn't moved since Thursday(16th) evening! They allegedly tried to drop it off on Thurs night at 8.10pm, but the shop nearby stays open till 11pm, so that looks odd. Why not then?! I've used their chat thing, quite poor. Spoke to an agen... Talked to someone, who couldn't explain why. Awful service. Sort out Yodel! Please fix soon.

Yodel delivered a parcel to the sender…

Yodel left a parcel with the sender and left it in a ‘safe place’ no photo taken, and now I can’t claim my refund worth £180!!!! Yodel only pays up to £50, which is nonsense!! Avoid them. Do not use this service.

Told to go find it yourself
Had them say the delivery at 6:05pm, checked cameras and nothing showed up, got a photo of a white door with several doorbells (clearly flats). Our door is dark grey and it's a house. I told them it was delivered to a location that wasn't ours. Then they claimed it went to that geo location. They... They later told me to go out at 8pm and knock on random strangers' doors to find the parcel. I asked why not have the driver come back and actually do the job. The chat bot sounded like it was done, and then the page to leave a review popped up. Wrong kind of building. Wrong address. Wrong safe spot. Lied and left by the front lobby of a block of flats, then hung up the call. Disgusting service. Very poor from start to finish overall.

Frustrating delays and errors

Parcel arrived two days late again. Tracking showed it bouncing between hubs and the updates were non-existent. Very disappointed with Yodel by InPost.
