I never subscribed to their emails
I never joined their email list, and even with the site saying I'm unsubscribed, the brand keeps crowding my inbox daily with stuff I don't want. No one answers when I try to reach out to fix it. Five years of daily junk mail, and still no relief.

The big win with YesStyle is not paying taxes or extra fees like I do with other sites that ship to the EU, which really helps my budget. When you find a product you want, make sure to note when that item can be shipped out to you. Some items go out within 24 hours, and in other cases 3-5 days, 7-14 days, 21 days, or 30 days. If one item ships later than another, it can push the whole order back until the last item is ready to ship, which can delay everything and mess with your timelines. Hope this makes sense to you. I’ve never had to return anything, so I can’t speak on that. The only downside I can think of is that back in the day YesStyle offered nicer personal discount codes there. Now, as a gold member, I only get 3 x 12% off coupons a year.

Lots of buyers go through what I did—the same bad ride! Long waits and really poor help from support! Two months waiting for a small order is not okay!! Hard to snag the advent calendar. I tried twice: first click sold out, again today as the countdown hit zero, it claimed everything was reserved. So unfair! Why hype a product and not let customers buy it? I'm shopping somewhere else from now on. Not cool at all.

charged me $$$ to treat me like trash.
Customer support here was awful, no lie! They held up my package for almost a month, and when the courier never tried to drop it off and marked it RTS, the team stayed unhelpful. I ended up chasing the courier myself and telling them what happened, only to face a new charge for sending it again, even though the fault was theirs and their chosen driver’s. They spoke rough, kept blaming me, and made me feel wrong. As a Gold Elite Gold Club member, I hoped for better, but they treated me like dirt. Be careful buying cosmetics from this site; I later found two Peel-Off Lip Tints I bought had Diazolidinyl Urea, a preservative that slowly frees formaldehyde. They push their items as safe, but I doubt they check every product well. I’d say you should read the labels yourself before you buy so you stay safe. I wanted a simple fix. They never admitted fault or offered help, only delays and excuses. Very disappointing overall, to be honest.
I'll keep shopping here. Over the last few months I placed about three or four orders, mostly for Japanese hair products. Everything arrived without problems. Their packaging is the best I've seen with online orders, super secure and sturdy overall.

Delivery never happened
I am really upset. DPD says the package showed as delivered, but I didn't receive anything—it vanished. Neither DPD nor YesStyle have managed to help or explain what went wrong. My full address, with every number, is right in my YesStyle account, so this isn't on me. I trusted them to deliver wha... I am really upset. Still, the package appeared as delivered while I never got it. This feels careless and annoying.
Finding my stuff was easy, and I ordered. Hope it'll arrive on time soon.

Great Experience with YesStyle
I just ordered from YesStyle and had a nice experience. The shipping was quick, and the package showed up sooner than I expected. What I got was real and true to the listing — no fake, no knock-off. All in all, I’m really happy and would definitely buy from them again.
