Excellent overall, minor hiccup

YEPSS is excellent overall, but I wish there were more color options. When I reached out, the team fixed an issue quickly and I'm confident it will be even better next time.

Disappointing experience

Just received my online order and it had outdated items (instant noodles, all 20 packs expired on 4May2023) plus Tapioca Pearl 250g (all 10 packs expire on 6Jun2023, within a month) Totally annoyed, I shot them an email right away. Update: they sent a refund after two days, but no apology at all.

First time ordering from Yepss

New to ordering with Yepss, every item was in stock, all amounts fine, and they boxed it in a sturdy thick carton. The rice cooking wine bottle was wrapped twice in bubble wrap. I have no complaints, they picked, packed, and mailed fast, great service overall. I'm impressed.

My delivery arrived earlier than…

Delivery showed up sooner than I thought, and I’m happy with what I got, since everything arrived in nice condition. The prices were fair next to other shops, which is why I gave Yepss a try in the first place, and they’ve left a nice impression on me so far. Looking forward to more purchases.

Terrible service

Awful checkout, I grabbed ten things, paid extra for a freezer case and extra for Saturday delivery. They sent only two items and on a weekday, not the Saturday. They ignore emails and won't pick up calls! They basically stole from me, stay away at all costs these days.

Never received order or any communication!
I ordered something last Saturday, got a confirmation, but never heard back after that. No delivery date, no tracking number, and it still hasn't shown up, even though I paid for Express Delivery (1-2 business days). I emailed the seller twice and rang twice, but there was zero reply. No delivery date, no tracking number, and it still hasn't shown up, even though I paid for Express Delivery (1-2 business days). I emailed the seller twice and rang twice, but there was zero reply. I had to cancel and ask for my money back. This felt sloppy and useless, since I needed it for an event and paid extra for speed. Added note: only 20 minutes after I hit PayPal for a refund, a tracking email popped in. I replied right away to cancel since the refund was approved, but they didn't cancel it, and it's still on the way- useless for me, since the event tonight. I checked again and there was no sign of a cancellation. Final note: the seller explained the delay, but the literal facts in my message stay true.

Great customer service

Nice help from the team. The replies came quickly whenever there was a small problem with my order. I even received a tiny bonus from the shop for the brief delay. A very solid seller. I would buy from them again, for sure.

Second time buying from yepss

Back again with yepss, I like it. Good items, solid quality in fresh and frozen foods and fruit. Sizing up another order tonight for more frozen durian, very nice! I will order again soon! Also, really I enjoy the many discounts too

Great experience

Friendly help and reliable support. Quick replies around. The dumplings arrived well packed and still frozen. I ordered frozen dumplings and they came next day, kept cold by bags of dry ice during transit. Impressed and would tell friends to try it.

That was the best customer care I've ever seen. It only took six minutes from placing the order to sending it out. PJ sent my box the same day, even though I ordered after the cut-off, and it got to me the following day. PJ kept me posted at every step of the way. The package held a handwritten t... The package held a handwritten thank you note and a free gift, which made me feel like they cared about me. Sadly, the package showed up with the box crushed in transit, and the tissues inside were bent too. I told PJ, so they could talk to the courier. PJ offered to send a replacement, but I turned it down since the items were still usable. Still, today a full replacement arrived out of the blue, along with another free gift and card from PJ. It even came via a different courier than the one that damaged the first parcel. That says it all. I'll be telling my friends and family about this amazing company, and I will be coming back. Nice work and thanks, PJ. You deserve every bit of success. I'm really glad I chose them.
