I ordered The Multi Balm believing it…
I bought The Multi Balm thinking it came with the case, since the site showed the case as the default option. The order confirmation didn't clearly say I was just buying refills, which I can't use alone. When I reached out to support, they told me I should have added a refill and then removed it ... When I reached out to support, they told me I should have added a refill and then removed it to buy the case separately — a really confusing, unclear process not spelled out anywhere on the site. As someone with autism and ADHD, I depend on clear, accessible online info. This setup was misleading and caused extra frustration. I’ve asked for either the case to be sent or a refund, but after several emails I still don't have a real resolution. Very disappointed — this could be fixed easily if the website and checkout options were clearer and more accessible to all shoppers. I waited days for a reply, and I feel let down by the service too.
