Skip investing with this broker, they’re shady and mean. Luckily Safe reclaim got my £47,000 back with no hassle and no delay so I warn others.

Crypto deposit scam - they have my money, claim it's "lost"
I got burned by what looks like a crypto deposit scam, honestly. Don't use Bitcoin or any crypto with XM ever. I sent a Bitcoin deposit on October 16th. Two transfers were sent to fill the total. Both confirmed on chain. Their system glitched and didn't see my second payment - their error, not mi... I got burned by what looks like a crypto deposit scam, honestly. Finally they say my money is "lost" and "unrecoverable" and it sits "below minimum recovery threshold". Are you joking? I tracked my Bitcoin right on the blockchain myself. They got it. They shifted it to their main wallet that has MILLIONS. My cash sits in their wallet right now there. How is that "lost"? Even AlphaPo, the payment processor, sent me a refund email. I clicked the button over a week ago. Still shows "refund in progress" but I got nothing. So which is it - will my money be refunded (as AlphaPo says) or is it "lost forever" (as XM says)? When I show them blockchain proof they have my money, they shrug it off and paste the same corporate junk about "technical limits". This looks like a scam. If their system messes up your crypto deposit, they just keep your money and say it's "lost" - even when you can prove they have it. I've used other brokers and they deal with this right - they wait for you to finish the payment or refund if it fails properly. XM just takes your money and makes excuses. Avoid crypto deposits with XM unless you want to lose your money badly, really. I have blockchain proof they have my money and still won't give it back.

That xm account of mine carries the number 85876884. I put in a $100 deposit on the 17th this month. I earned $1084 in profit. Then I asked for a full withdrawal. Use to get withdrawal very fast but now…
Back then, withdrawal was quick, but that is gone now; I'll quit XM trading...I only kept using it for the fast withdrawal, even with wide spreads, but not anymore today, friend.

XM seems like a big money grab, they contact you as managers etc to wow you, and that's their trap. XM have a rule to pull out only the exact amount you put in, bro what about profit? After more digging I found XM has people running what they call free trading academies. Folks who learn from them must open an account under their IB and then trade by following the signals from the academy. The signals have setups that tell when price must go against the trend and people end up losing, and XM is said to pay those folks back for this fraud and scam. Please check this out before you invest with XM, do your proper research please. I talked to a few people who felt same, and we all think XM uses tricks, so stay away and tell others to watch out.

Two weeks ago, I asked for a withdrawal, and their rule says it should be done within one day. After waiting a long time, the person in charge finally called and asked for papers. Be careful before you trust this broker.
Suppose you make a lot from the no deposit bonus, they gonna cook up many tricks to block your cashout, sure that with this you cant pull your funds, thereell be lots more trouble with a real money account. Seems like they want to push you to lose anyhow.

So awful. Since May, xm blocked my withdrawal. They keep making excuses to dodge paying me. This is a scam broker.

I haven't been trading with XM for…
I haven't traded with XM for about 9 months. Still, they've pushed some really nice upgrades this year: - user-friendly app; - faster withdrawal of profits; - easy to deposit and withdraw.

XM is 101% Scamm
Last September I put 500$ into xm using UPI and I sent the bank slip 7 or 8 times, but they never reply, even after I also shared the bob complaint copy. xm is 101% scam. They say no money came to them, but my statement shows 7-8 times that it did go through. I checked with my bank too, the funds... Also, there is no limit on when you can deposit. Do not put your money with xm. Stay away and tell friends not to trust their word or promises, this was a bad experience overall.
