No real help after upgrade
WooCommerce sold a premium upgrade, but features were missing and the dashboard crashes constantly. Support replies are slow, generic, and unhelpful, leaving me dealing with failed payments for days.

We switched from Shopify after they cut our four year shop for speaking up about terrible service and no help. I'm glad we moved, even if it wasn't by choice. The woo support is nice, i get live help from real techs, not the ai bot Shopify uses. Had a 30 minute webcall with two woo support techs ... The woo support is nice, i get live help from real techs, not the ai bot Shopify uses. Had a 30 minute webcall with two woo support techs on how to move fwd with the store, amazing! Shopify even pulled the account support manager from the plus stores that cost £2000 a month so they have zero human help now, if you want real support, come to woocommerce! They really are the last ones with real live help! Avoid shopify, not only is there zero support anymore but they also stole £7000 of our funds and have ignored our emails for weeks. We found human help when we switched, and it changed how we run the shop.

WooCommerce are hosting scam website…
WooCommerce runs a site named OrzShop. That shop is a SCAM. You can't reach WooCommerce to fix this page. This is shocking. Going forward, if any online business links to this company, I won't buy from them again. There is no easy way to report it either. Not worth it.

Being the firm's bookkeeper, I can't pull a report that links each item sale to the money in our bank. The reports I find only show a reference number, so I must open every reference to see the details and copy them into a spreadsheet. It takes forever and is really annoying. Please @WooCommerce ... Accuont suspended and No reason provided
It feels odd seeing a big, friendly brand block my new site just because of a login ban. While setting up my shop, I picked WooCommerce as a payment option and they had a promo with a little discount. A few days later I tried to turn on the payment gateway in test mode, and it wouldn’t activate, ... It feels odd seeing a big, friendly brand block my new site just because of a login ban. While setting up my shop, I picked WooCommerce as a payment option and they had a promo with a little discount. A few days later I tried to turn on the payment gateway in test mode, and it wouldn’t activate, with an email saying my account was suspended, yet no reason given. I opened a ticket to ask for a heads up or a clue so I could avoid the same thing next time. That didn’t help. They suspended me without even letting me fix anything to keep the account alive; I only got the suspension email. After my ticket, they replied within a day saying it was due to some unknown activity, but they wouldn’t spell out what happened and suggested Stripe instead. They also told me to use another gateway, not theirs. Let’s be logical: this is online payment gear, like a bank, and a bank would give a clear reason if they rejected an app. After asking, they sent links to terms and conditions and other junk, as if I’d read the whole doc to find a reason on my own. That’s just flat out silly; you know a reason but won’t tell me. I tried opening an account with Stripe and I could sign up and take payments, plus PayPal too. Woo, I asked for a fair answer and you didn’t give one, so I’m posting this. My business is registered, EIN in hand, but the way I was treated felt unfair and uncalled for. You don’t deserve stars, but there wasn’t an option to rate it higher. You see, I gave a reason in this note, but you didn’t justify suspending my account. Thanks for reading, I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of unfair treatment. I spent hours planning the site, testing payment flows, and now I’m dealing with a sudden block that hurts my launch. It felt like they jumped the gun, acting before they checked anything, not even telling me what happened. I asked a simple question and got nothing but a link to a huge policy doc and a blank answer. Meanwhile, Stripe’s signup was smooth, PayPal kept its doors open, and my business could keep moving forward. I wish Woo would explain their rules, or at least give a clear reason instead of a vague notice. It’s tough to trust a payment partner when you feel judged by a random flag or a quick turn off. We had honest plans, customers counting on us, and now we must restart with a different system to avoid the same trouble. If they fix the process and communicate, I’d reconsider, but for now the lack of communication hurts more than any small fee. Look, use other options too, don’t rely on one service right now, friends.

They run a chat group on whatsapp where members pretend they are doing the task and post fake withdrawals via Binance; all of that is fake! You will not see your money again because the so called negative package task keeps doubling until you quit. This online whatsapp gig is all fake, scam, crooked and just too good to be true! Spread this warning so others stay safe online!

Company to flee, thief
Hi there, I recently ordered a PS5 from a site called Prime Gamer using WooCommerce, and this feels like a total scam online, nothing arrived, no updates, I definitely won't recommend this site, they look like crooks, and I'm going to file a complaint.

I bought a product from makermanor.com that never arrived. Makermanor uses Woo.com to run scams. I urgently ask Woo.com to review these accounts and shut down makermanor site online to shield innocent folks from fraud; before more people fall for this scam.

Absolute garbage software
Terrible software, overall. It used to be decent but has slid down in use and quality for the last couple years. Where to begin? Core misses basic functions, yet there are many 3rd party add-ons for sale that are junk and spoil the core. HPOS rollout is a mess and there are no good updates to drop old 'shop_order' post types and their metadata. Nearly all woocommerce related plugins don't work as they should, wasting weeks and money to test them for the authors, before I gave up and wrote my own. Performance is a joke for real world stores. Core doesn't offer ajax anything, even in 2023, and it should be standard. I bought several plugins that used to work now fail and have no support. Basically the whole setup feels like one big scam now. It wastes time and money every time I touch it these days.

They push for outside providers they never check. If you buy extensions, they will not own the problems when they fail. Now I am looking at other options since I cannot trust their service and support is very weak. I want others to know this can happen and to avoid similar trouble. Be careful, friend.

WooCommerce has turned into a greedy rip-off company
We've stuck with WooCommerce for ages, but that era ends now. It's grown into a heavy mess that needs lots of plugins or custom coding to run a site well. They've turned into a big cash grab and a greedy giant. CAD $329 just for the WC Subscriptions add-on alone. So I'm checking other options, li... My account has been approved
My profile got approved finally. Then they shut my profile. They kept my funds without paying. My money was taken by them unfairly. They won't accept me sending my cash. They refer me to the stripe. And stripe passes me back again
