This company is a TOTAL SCAM
That shop is a total rip off. The jacket I got wasn’t like the picture, with a missing button and plain cheap feel. I mailed it back to the US address shown on their site using USPS, with tracking, and it clearly showed delivered. Still, they refused to refund what I asked for. I ended up challen... That shop is a total rip off. The jacket I got wasn’t like the picture, with a missing button and plain cheap feel. I ended up challenging the charge with my credit card. My advice: stay away, save money and hassle, and don’t ever buy from William Jacket.

Do not buy from this seller! The sizes run small and they never tell you about it. The clothes are not true to size and their return rules don't match what they say if the item is useless. Reply to your reply: yes, you did give me the return details, but your bad info was that the return cost is on me, which I did not mind, except the postage ends up higher than the item price. If I had known the item came from Pakistan in the first place, I would have skipped it. Your company misleads people and is unprofessional at best. So take this as a warning and save your money until you know more.

The jacket I recieved was not leather…
Order said leather, but the jacket I got wasnt. I asked for leather in the order. After wearing it a few hours on day one, the back left sleeve ripped. I emailed the sales/returns/exchange team with my complaint and photos. They never answered any of my messages. Still no reply, and I feel ignore... Order said leather, but the jacket I got wasnt. Got the wrong fit and they want me to ship it back to a random name in Balgledesh. They claim the jacket size was right, yet no tags inside, so it’s easy to see no buttons or closures.
