Nice supplier. We run a small vintage shop here in Germany and have been ordering most of our gear from Terranova for the last couple of years. Very easy ordering through their site or even WhatsApp, quick shipping via UPS and, best of all, great clothes at fair prices. Keep it up, folks! Always.

It got worse, I messaged the owner on Instagram and got CURSED AT. He even called me STUPID. I work in film for many years, my business buys nice secondhand designer clothes for actresses and models for red carpet events, so to be called names AFTER I PAID and did not receive the goods was the last straw!!! They are LIARS, SCAMMERS and a shame to the Vintage world. Ps.: OF COURSE I HAVE proof with many photos, clips and chats of this awful experience. Avoid this shop.

Worst wholesale I've bought from
Terrible wholesaler I've dealt with. I ordered 40 Ralph Lauren sweaters and 20 Lacoste pieces. It cost me about 800euros. Half the items had holes or stains, many were Ralph Lauren SLEEPWEAR, and more than half were XXL, XL TALL, etc, even though I asked for sizes up to L. Lacoste sweaters also h... I sent a complaint email and never heard back. Avoid them! My order number was 0001779. Stay away, really.

Nice, I've stuck with them for ages, bought burberry, ralph lauren and a bunch more from them, and everything turned out really nice and solid!

I asked 2times for a return label, no reply! So I must pay 30€ for these jackets, which are grade C, today anyway.

The Worst Experience I ever had
Needed to cancel my order right after paying and before it shipped, reached out many times by email, chat, and Instagram with no reply. Now that it has arrived, I asked for a refund, and still no word. Really useless and careless company today anyway.

Ordered 100 Ralph Lauren sweaters and finished with 100 Lauren by Ralph Lauren tops.... 80 % of them are just total junk not even worth half the wholesale price i paid and hard to sell. Dirty, with stains, washed and not dried ! a absolute pile of RUBBISH, so YEs of course i was really pissed off... Ordered 100 Ralph Lauren sweaters and finished with 100 Lauren by Ralph Lauren tops.... 80 % of them are just total junk not even worth half the wholesale price i paid and hard to sell. Dirty, with stains, washed and not dried ! a absolute pile of RUBBISH, so YEs of course i was really pissed off with those guys and their childish unprofessional attitude. FAKe advertising, pretentious, agressive : STAY AWAY from these guys ! huge disappointment for that first order and the seller immediately answers me with : "it's your fault". Woah ! nice mindset ! won't shop there again for sure ! Make sure to clarify WHAT exactly you'll get from those guys, or like many others of big sellers they will rip you off. they don't even deserve 1/5 ratings : it's a zero.
