Saving undistributed tokens ought by Wert
My wallet got hacked, and I lost a few cryptos. But I had tokens that were not sent yet. So changing the address where I would receive them after distribution was key. I got ripped off $800. Update: they did nothing once I spoke up, I got my cash back through my bank. That app, or whatever it is, doesn’t care as long as they take money. I get it for small sums like $5, but not for $10,000; that person here has no heart at all.

I emailed support because I couldn't finish my order. They stayed on it and answered quick, sending clear updates the whole way. I really appreciate their time, care, and effort during the process.

This is an absolute scammer
This whole thing feels like a scammer. They took €160 from me on 1 September via Revolute, pretending to verify my card, and when I asked my bank for a chargeback, they refused the refund entirely.

Don't trust crypto business with firms in the 3rd World. Check where the companies sit before you deal. Most of these are unprofessional and not trustworthy. The service is subpar and they charged me an undisclosed 25% fee on one trade and 30% on another. Then they gaslight you. They are scammers... Don't trust crypto business with firms in the 3rd World. Then they gaslight you. They are scammers. They do not break down the add-on fee at checkout. And it's not on the receipt. They added it to the card total without saying or explaining what it is. They only disclosed the normal fees. And if it was spread, it should've been added to the price per coin and it wasn't because it would be glaringly noticeable. Someone is taking 25-35% on top of the presale pricing and getting away with it thus far. This is scandalous, blatantly illegal and unamerican. Do not buy presales from Best Wallet; Wert is the 3rd party onramp for Best Wallet presales. You may get scammed if you do. Best Wallet will pass the buck to Wert and Wert will gaslight you and then pass the buck to miners or wherever they can depending on your level of experience, but gas fees are disclosed. This is wrong.

Big problem: although Apple Pay and Google Pay were in the pitch, we never had Apple Pay or Google Pay in production. In our view, these options never showed up today. Tech delays and timing glitches made things worse, and we couldn’t get a fix that matched the original pitch. My take: promises from sales and the real rules from compliance didn’t line up, and it wasted time, money, and user trust. If you move ahead, demand—before you pay—an annex that lays out the exact KYC flow, data fields, decision times, the status of Apple Pay and Google Pay, and clear paths for failures. I will never work with this firm again! Reply to Wert.io - your contract is misleading and you will face the consequences in Europe and USA. I'll sue your founders for this misleading conduct and fake professionalism.
