I've been in this scene for more than twenty years, seeing the highs and lows. This one began okay, I’ll give them that. But when it comes to support, money stuff, and keeping promises, they crumble. It does not. Not when my own hard earned cash is at risk. I wish I had picked another place. Some lessons take too long to hit. I joined Góld Rulé ınc early, and that was the smartest move I made. Their system runs itself, and withdrawals go through without problems. I wish I tried sooner.
Honestly, really this feels like another scam to me. They don't deserve a single star from me. A lot of people have lost money to them. I’ve had better months with Covent ry Securities, easy returns and payouts.

Starting an account is not as simple as I thought. It should be easy, right? Not at all! The small balance checks were unclear and sorry if I typed the exact amount but in the wrong order as it showed on my statement. It froze my account. Right there I should have chosen a Mac-friendly option like tradovate. In short, fighting my own judgement, I funded with a debit card. Quick, much easier. When it showed up, it went into my margin account, not futures. No problem, I’ll move it to my futures area on the same site, same stuff, nope you can’t transfer for 5-6 days while it settles 😂. Support took over a day to answer. Honestly thinking by the time it settles I’ll pull out and find a broker that makes sense!!! I kept hitting walls all day and got no straight answers yet, terrible start so far!
Irresponsible and unaccountable broker customer service
Moving money between rollover IRAs or Roths they are very fast and on it. When their systems glitch and big problems happen they ignore, dodge or avoid any blame or trying to cover the losses. Smaller brokers are more about customer care and will refund when the issue is on their end, but Webull won’t, which makes people take the legal path and sue or go to FINRA/SEC. Their methods feel very careless and unfair. Their app screen won’t show data on the main page and to move a trade you have to go to the second screen to manage the position. Also when AWS was down they should have stepped in and blocked trading. Instead traders got into positions and could not manage them well because the charts lost connection. None of their replies owned up or tried to help customers who lost money. I was one. They seem to minimize issues and do nothing to refund customers. There is no free thing. This is the cost of using brokers like this and I’d rather pay and get good customer service than deal with extortion. They need to be stepped up. Also brokers need a backup and stop relying on just one provider. I want fair rules, fast replies, and real help when losses happen, not excuses or small refunds. That is what I expect.
I wish I could rate them zero stars. Friday morning the whole system collapsed and wiped out my Futures account. It was their fault and nobody answers. The worst customer service ever! If this isn't fixed soon I will file a SEC complaint. Do not use this company at all!

This isn’t a UI glitch — it’s a fundamental breakdown of service continuity. The platform became unusable for real-time risk checks while orders stayed active. Because Webull depends entirely on AWS with no backup data provider, the moment AWS faltered, Webull effectively stopped traders from monitoring or exiting positions responsibly. I myself incurred about $300 in losses solely from this impairment. This represents a material limit on a trader’s ability to manage risk, and it raises serious questions about operational integrity, business continuity planning, and compliance with FINRA Rule 4370 and general best-execution duties. A genuine brokerage cannot rely on a single cloud provider with no fallback. Given how many users were affected and the fact this happened during live hours, this kind of outage can lead to class-action claims. Hundreds or thousands of traders may have faced avoidable losses today due to Webull’s failure to sustain a redundant trading environment. For an active platform, this is simply unacceptable. I expect a thorough root-cause review and rapid remediation. Must not happen.
Not cool how this platform keeps failing to help, and complaints rarely get any reply. It feels like they care more about taking from users than backing them up. Absolute change of the look of the iPad…
Totally new look on the iPad app surprised me. After using it for months, it now acts different from before. WeBull say there are no problems and that it’s just the “mobile version”, so why did everything change in a day? Not what I expect to see, and some pages only work in portrait. This is awf... This is awful, so I’m thinking about switching to another broker app. Hope they fix it or I move.

Any so-called business that will base…
Any company that judges how they treat people by their politics isn't a place I would ever give my business or trust to, no matter what they say anyway. I switched to Coventry Securities and so far it's been pretty nice. It's done well for me and withdrawals are quick too.

DRIP with Webull is like
Webull’s DRIP basically holds your cash for up to five days after the dividend, and may reinvest it for you. Not exactly clear, but it feels slow and unclear. That worries me. I haven’t heard rude words from support staff, but they’re icy. Their answers show up as questions that aren’t really answers. At this point I’ve decided not to ask for any more clarity. Because I end up more puzzled by their replies than by the issue itself, at first. Besides, I won’t bother asking them again. I’m thinking about moving my holdings to Fidelity.
That firm gave fast help, freed my assets, solving a money issue.

Webull is a registered broker, but they don’t answer issues or fix them quickly at all. I lost a lot of cash from slippage, and a canceled order sat for a full day before moving. Clearing a link to my bank, I added a $20500.00 deposit because I had a stock plan in mind. I chatted with friends and they said Webull wasn't a good site. I chose a different platform after that. I followed the steps and mailed a copy of my bank check, then they said it could take up to 48 hours. Then I got told I could not use my DBA account and it had to be a personal one? This is the exact account it came from!! I still do not have my money and still have not fixed this! It all feels slow and messy, and I keep chasing a clear answer. I am done waiting. Do not fall into the scam trap that is Webull! I waited on hold for an hour and finally chose the "will call you back, will not loose your place in line", no call back yet.
