Excellent customer support
I needed to link my Webnode site to a subdomain under an existing Wix site. Wix does give clear instructions, but I still wanted extra help with tweaking the DNS for the Wix part. Webnode staff were really helpful. They not only set up my Webnode site to support the move and gave me the right DNS... I needed to link my Webnode site to a subdomain under an existing Wix site. They not only set up my Webnode site to support the move and gave me the right DNS values, then offered detailed advice on getting the full set of A and CNAME records in place so my Webnode HTTPS certificate could come back online and everything stayed safe after that.

Usually I'm too lazy to write reviews, but Fernando's help and service were really nice, and we talked in Spanish, which made everything easier for me. DECEPTIVE! AVOID THIS PLATFORM!
What I went through shows this firm is not honest! That is where I built my site, bought a year of one premium plan, and asked to move my own domain (which came with the package) - they say it should be done in 48hours, very simple step; I gave the needed authorisation code and nothing has moved... I emailed them several times, got nothing but silence, and hold up kept growing while I waited for action from their side. All of my many emails and messages were ignored completely! The place hosting my domain says nothing has been done on their end. I still do not know what will come of this, but I want to share my story so others avoid WEBNODE and build on a trustworthy platform. Totally not worth the money, honestly. Nina

Customer support is lacking, your website may be down for 24 to 48 hours
Most days it works fine, but the big issue is the long wait with support, and the site can stay down for 24 to 48 hours with no help. Whether you pay for extra help or not, I would not keep using Webnode if your site can be down that long. If it weren't for this problem they would rate five stars... If it weren't for this problem they would rate five stars, because you usually get help after many hours and so on, but that does little good when the site is down for so long. I hope they fix this, because the rest is okay and easy to use. Still, I will not trust them with a live site again. Anyway.
