Good, Not Great. VivichOfficial.com
Okay. I was anxious about this company after reading online reviews once I placed my order. My experience turned out not as bad as I thought. The shipping was painfully slow. I lost track of how long it took to get my items, probably months. Still, VivichOfficial customer service answered quickly... Okay. I lost track of how long it took to get my items, probably months. Still, VivichOfficial customer service answered quickly by email and politely asked me to wait, since the order was on its way. But I did have to stay very patient. Fine. Thank you VivichOfficial customer service. When I finally got my order, which came in two shipments, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything looked exactly like the VivichOfficial site pictures, yay! The sizes hit well too. Use your own measurements and their size chart for each dress. The fitted dresses and the jumpsuit fit perfectly. Love the black jumpsuit with polka-dot sheer sleeves, and the casual black cotton dress, and the soft pink abaya dress color is pretty. The quality of the dresses is clearly 'Made in China' quality, which is fine. We like China, right? But if you want a lux feel, you'll be disappointed. Also, considering the item quality, the price is too high. I felt I paid too much for each piece, probably half of what I paid. Would I order from them again? Maybe, because they have really nice colors/designs in my view. But I would keep expectations low so not to be disappointed. The colors were really pretty and worth checking out, even with waits. Overall 3.5 stars.

Terrible company- Never received order
Vivich Official proved to be a rough shop with the worst help. I live in the United States and ordered a dress from them on March 23, 2025. On March 28, I got my tracking link showing the package was sent from Hong Kong. Now it's May 11, and the box is STILL “in transit.” It has stayed in transit... Vivich Official proved to be a rough shop with the worst help. I live in the United States and ordered a dress from them on March 23, 2025. On March 28, I got my tracking link showing the package was sent from Hong Kong. Now it's May 11, and the box is STILL “in transit.” It has stayed in transit for 44 days (1 month and 13 days). Since I still haven't received the dress, and it took longer than the site said, I asked for a full refund. They offered me 30% back instead for something I never got. Vivich won't give a full refund. Do not trust this shop. Update- I did finally get the item. But the seller won't cover the return postage and it wasn't worth it for me to pay to send it back to China. They offered me a partial refund. All in all, this seller is unprofessional and their shipping timeline does not match the site. I would skip buying from VivichOfficial. From my view, I regret trusting them at all and I warn others to avoid trouble.
