I ordered it during ferogusta and waited more than a month for the pipe. The product is good so far. Also it was cheaper than anywhere else. Really pleased. Might place another order before or after August :D

Trying Vieffetrade for the first time, I found the whole thing easy from start to finish. I bought a TV, and I am in Poland. I was worried it could arrive damaged, so I chose the extra package (they offer it for a small price) which was a smart idea. They send you photos and a special link so you... Trying Vieffetrade for the first time, I found the whole thing easy from start to finish. I bought a TV, and I am in Poland. I was worried it could arrive damaged, so I chose the extra package (they offer it for a small price) which was a smart idea. They send you photos and a special link so you can see your order and how it is leaving the store. My TV came pretty fast, but the courier took longer to deliver after it reached Poland, usually 2nd day, but this time it took 4, which was a bit annoying. I give the courier four stars for that. All in all, well done Vieffetrade, happy that you care about customers, the reviews on trustpilot and google show you care a lot! I felt they listened and cared, not just sold. If a friend asks where to shop for electronics, I would say Vieffetrade without hesitation anyday. You just got another customer :)

I grabbed a kitchen sink from Vieffetrade. I was unsure about sending such a big thing overseas at first, but their prices and trustpilot reviews made me buy. Delivery does not include bringing goods inside
Delivery day brought the fridge, and the courier told me the charge stops at the door. Redelivery inside the flat wasn't mentioned anywhere on Vieffetrade's site. I ended up paying 50 euros to workers who lugged the fridge up to the 5th floor. That was on top of the 70 euros Vieffetrade billed fo... I ended up paying 50 euros to workers who lugged the fridge up to the 5th floor. That was on top of the 70 euros Vieffetrade billed for delivery. I posted about it on Trust Pilot, the firm contacted me, and they refunded the extra 50 euros I paid. Not cool, but at least they fixed it.

Sometimes it just needs the right person

AFTER UPDATE, sharing my original post, a friendly support rep called me in English and we worked out how I should go about getting a tech to check the problem, she then sent the needed details and I will act on them to aim for the oven being fixed soon in the near future.

Superb customer service

We were shopping for a new cooker range and found vieffetrade online. The help from customer care was great. Delivery to France went exactly as planned, English used and quick replies. The manual came in Italian; I asked for English, and it showed up in my inbox the next morning. Highly recommend.
