Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience
Apparently, Verifone and 2Checkout are the same outfit, just with a different name. Since this is basically a duplicate profile, I feel I should post the same thoughts here too. My firm, Conic Solutions, builds SaaS tools and starts new ventures that serve end users. Still, my app was turned down... I understand there are other payment gatekeepers out there, but this move is just not ok and is really unprofessional. Swapping 2Checkout for Verifone won't fix the issue unless the inside processes change. I hope they fix real problems, not just swap the name around again. For now, I rate it -1.

The value isn’t there, especially relative to what you get. 2. Horrendous Support: Their help is basically non-existent. Response times stretch for days, and when they answer, it’s usually to send you to another email (which no one replies to) or tell you the issue can’t be fixed. There is no accountability or follow-up. 3. Outdated, Glitchy Dashboard: Their dashboard is one of the slowest and most annoying systems we’ve used. Pages drag on, and the UI feels like it’s old and not updated. Trying to do even easy tasks is a waste of time. 4. Broken WHMCS Integration: If you use WHMCS, stay away. Their module is not reliable — subscriptions get messed up, and it ends up breaking billing instead of helping. Final Verdict: Verifone shows how not to run a payment gateway. Between the high fees, weak support, awful dashboard, and broken integrations, we suggest looking elsewhere for a steady, simple payment solution. We’ve tried fixes and tips from their team, but issues stayed, and we’re done chasing a stable payment partner. There are better options out there.

It's a bit rich they waste time flagging reviews with no reply.
Man, this thing is awful. Remember old Eftpos boxes with simple buttons and no giant battery farm to run? Why does my payment unit track me with mics and two cameras.... So shady spyware, for real, these days.

Garbage company
Trash company. Their hardware parts aren't steady. They push more stuff and cheapen it. I own a Vx300 at the pump. There's no eject button to pull out a stuck card. Have to swap everything and it cost me $2000. They are crooks and thieves today.

Those Verifone terminals are awful. There’s hardly any link to payments, and sure, maybe it depends on your sales software, but seriously? The screens freeze constantly and crash. I feel like I’m lugging around a 2g old Nokia. If it’s raining in the shop, every few checks fail. Every time I use a... Those Verifone terminals are awful. If it’s raining in the shop, every few checks fail. Every time I use a Verifone unit, I think of enshittification, tech going backward, and dumb bourgeoisie class pushing useless crap for looks. That just isn't cool.
That Verifone gig hides the full details until you fund this work site, and if any stage isn’t finished, you’re stuck, and you won’t see your money again until you add enough to keep the account current Stay away from the WhatsApp job Do not trust this setup, it promises money without plan

Biggest mistake i made
Choosing verifone was my biggest mistake and the staff were very unhelpful and not qualified i dont write bad review yet i stuck with them for over a year hoping they would help after this note to read my review

Met Cherise at first, and she was really helpful, then the forms came. I sent the photo stuff as asked, one with my driving license showing name and details, another with my work badge that had a photo but no name. That wasn't enough, according to the Underwriting Team. There were a few more bumps I had to clear as well. Not a smooth ride at all. I shot them an email and asked to cancel, since I felt blamed for something I hadn’t done. Hopefully others don’t hit the same Brick Wall. That whole process felt rough.
had solid help from Robert Price at verifone.com my new terminal arrived and it runs nicely would tell folks to try, really great help beats my old supplier who handed me a terminal that was out of date and kept breaking down overall, better service than before.

Don't waste your money!
Had this and tried to snap before and after pics. This is a sham, nothing changed. This item doesn't work, don't waste your money. I wasted time and hope on it. wow, no English directions on the bottle either. When we make stuff in the US we add tongues on the label. Total waste with zero results!!

Customer service is poor. Sent the wrong form and doesn't feel sorry. Always give wrong information. Won't listen to what customers say. Speak in a rude way.
