Withdrawal held without reason.
After making a profit, I tried to pull out gains on September 22 and was told it would take up to 5 days to be funded. From earlier withdrawals, it only took a few minutes to show up. Yet today, my newest withdrawals still aren’t in my account, and both live chat and e-mail support keep giving th... An account manager was supposed to contact me, but after 5 days not a single person reached out. It feels like they won’t pay your profits. Please avoid this broker; they seem to post fast withdrawals at first, only in the early months. I have had enough of the same excuses, and these delays hit every message with more empty promises and no clear resolution. Do not trust this broker.
