After weighing every option on the market, I picked Clover as my go-to retail POS and card processor, since I’ve spent 20 yrs exp in running shops. It looks like value for both fees and the hardware. After weighing every option on the market, I picked Clover as my go-to retail POS and card processor, since I’ve spent 20 yrs exp in running shops. It looks like value for both fees and the hardware. The application was simple and fast, helped a lot by a friendly sales rep, specifically Alfie Banks, who answered my questions right away on several occasions and walked me through every detail. It was clear he knows the product well, which isn’t always the case these days. The starter deal was appealing and delivery was quick, so my new gear showed up within a few weeks of choosing Clover. I decided to go with the Mini for my second location. Overall, it fits my shops nicely and makes checkout easier every day for us.

Refreshingly good service

Early on, Colin helped us pick the right path for our business and kept with it until everything was set up. The help is a whole different level, and they never say no to a task. Really glad I chose Clover for us.

Adam was great!
Starting a new shop, Adam reached out to tell me about a card setup. Knowing my kind of business, I did need one, but as a startup I couldn't spend much. I joined through a deal, and Adam has been solid. There were a few bumps, yet he kept me in the loop at every step and fixed my worries quickly... I haven't used the system yet, since I need to install it, but for customer service I have zero complaints! Overall, I'm glad I joined!

Met Danny Mistretta and it went smoothly. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything clearly. Saying yes to a clover machine made things simple from there. Great customer service

I switched from Elavon because their charges were high. Costs are lower, plus £1 rental for six months. No connection or payment issues 👍👍

I teamed up with Adam Clayton for around three weeks while sorting out the new company details. Even with a few bumps on my side, Adam stayed patient, steady, and helpful the whole way. He didn't push sales and he spent time explaining each step so I got the process from start to end. Adam's know-how and guidance were great. He was always quick to reply to emails and calls, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I checked a few providers and Adam offered the best rates. Switching was not as scary as I thought. The terminals are great; they set up in five minutes, easy to use, and have lots of really handy features. Adam even phoned me on the setup day to check that all was running well. Overall, it's been a great experience. I'd gladly recommend Adam Clayton to any business needing card machines. His service is steady, friendly, reliable, and supportive. So far, all has been perfect! Highly satisfied with it.

Setting up Clover device

Setting up our Clover device proved to be somewhat tricky, as you would expect with any money tools. Still, the whole task turned out clear thanks to the patient help of Danny Mistretta. Now we are online and ready, and we are glad we picked Clover. Happy we chose Clover after all.

Can say this company has solid customer support, nothing is a problem if you have one, as Danny Mistretta is always around to help, nothings too much that he can't fix even with tech issues, and their office crew are dependable too. Highly recommend. Would tell others about it.
