Slow process and lazy employees

Been waiting a whole week for order 23000438442 to ship and nothing moves – no one messages back. In the past, I had to chase a refund that never came, and now I’m really losing faith in this company. The clothes are nice, but the staff are awful. No updates, still nothing changes today.

Extremely slow refund process and zero real customer support
My return went back on July 15th. The return confirmation email says refunds would be processed within 2–3 days. Weeks have passed, and I still haven't seen my money. I emailed about this several times, but all messages were ignored — the only reply was an automatic one saying they respond within... My return went back on July 15th. I emailed about this several times, but all messages were ignored — the only reply was an automatic one saying they respond within 48 hours. Now it's been more than 4 days since that auto-reply, and there is still no real person replying. All this makes me doubt their service. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

The package was not delivered

terrible communication....

awful communication..... I sent two notes about the problem and told them to fix it, but nothing changed. It was my first time buying here, and I for sure won't buy again from you ever.

Hello

Hi, I bought it hoping for delivery in 3 to 5 days. Now it's past 10 days. On 08.05 the kindergarten kids will do a hula dance and the boys have nothing to wear. We can't order from another place, because they won't arrive in time. It feels unfair and I'm stuck here.

Lived in the UK most of my years, so I buy clothes often. I'll be honest here, Terranova items keep their own label, and those outfits seem older than twenty years, even in the shop window at sale. I spot the same stuff from H&M, Matalan, Shein on shelves there. That shop sells Garments cheap as ... Lived in the UK most of my years, so I buy clothes often. I spot the same stuff from H&M, Matalan, Shein on shelves there. That shop sells Garments cheap as chips compared to Terranova. Here's example, I bought a plain jumper, nothing fancy, just a simple knit for 25 euros, and that shocked me! UK price around £10. UK price sits around ten pounds. I reckon this shop could do a lot better with fair prices there. From a marketing view, if you cheat customers, you're cheating yourselves and you lose trust too. Think McFly... Think

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PAGE!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! they are scams I ordered a pricey jacket but it never arrived at my place they gave a wrong tracking number and they do not reply to emails!!
