Engaged Customer Service, Poor Policies, Even Worse Shipping
Had a trio of appliances delivered and set up: a washer, a dryer, and a fridge. The site promised arrival and installation by July 29 at our place. BRT moved the items to Ekotruck for final delivery on July 24. Then it took many emails and calls to finally get them to our home on August 9. Each t... BRT moved the items to Ekotruck for final delivery on July 24. Then it took many emails and calls to finally get them to our home on August 9. Each time I spoke with Tekworld or Ekotruck, the delivery date kept changing. When they finally showed up, the dryer was broken. I messaged Tekworld, and they said they would refund the dryer and one-sixth of the shipping because they no longer had that dryer. They would not even refund one-third of the shipping, no compensation for the headache, no option to swap in a different dryer. The redeeming part was that their customer service stayed on top of things and the refund came quickly. Still, every call felt like a new guess, and the setup date kept slipping again and again, which wore on us. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of less. I’ll go with a different company next time.

I ordered my items on the 8th July

I placed my order on July 8 They said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days It's July 29 and I'm still waiting right here???

Overly complicated/ Poor quality
This dryer feels way too hard to use and is low quality. The Avvio/Pausa switch doesn't work right. Pressing the cheap plastic by the switch does nothing. Why would a dryer need fifteen settings. And why should it need wifi at all. Connecting to wifi was not easy. Maybe other brands do better and... This dryer feels way too hard to use and is low quality. Connecting to wifi was not easy. Maybe other brands do better and stay simple. People want gear that is easy and dependable. Keep a few controls that work when pressed. I won't recommend this product. Save your money and look elsewhere for a dryer.
