Tried to cancel order

Tried to stop the order since it was placed by mistake. No reply from Teezily until next day when they claimed it had shipped. About five months later, all tracking pages no longer work. Still no help from Teezily support.

Absolutely dreadful experience

What an awful experience! Scammers for sure!? Do NOT buy from these! They need to be looked into soon. Ordered a t shirt for a concert and it never arrived. Just avoid them, Muppets!

Terrible service and site

Awful service and site. I ordered a tee long ago, got a tracking number, but nothing else. Can't locate where to reach support and it feels shady. Overall I would not recommend this site to anyone, ever.

Teezily failed to provide some clothing that I had ordered and paid for..…
Teezily didn't send the printed tee. Teezily emailed me saying they were shipping my order, but they didn't. I was really disappointed because I wanted that shirt. After I emailed Teezily to complain about the missing item, I got no reply. I kept checking my inbox and spam folder for an update, b... Teezily didn't send the printed tee. After I emailed Teezily to complain about the missing item, I got no reply. I kept checking my inbox and spam folder for an update, but nothing new arrived. It felt like they waved the item goodbye without actually sending it. I had to go to Paypal to get my money back. This failure should hurt Teezily's reputation. I won't trust them with orders again.

Ordered a camaro sweatshirt, no order confirmation, they took my money 48.00, no record of order, no contact number, they don’t answer emails, I wouldn’t order again.

Recent order arrive after 10 days

Delivery came after ten days, and the printing is awful and pixelated, so the words look blurred, basically a copy of the real thing. I will call visa to get my money back because I have no faith this will be fixed with their so called customer service, these days, which is also crap

Sellers, do not SELL shirts here! Payment stuck "pending" for 6 months!
We opened a store on teezily, and our crew bought 2 shirts to test the fabric and the whole process The shirts arrived fast and both cloth and print looked solid BUT, we then tried to move the payout to our bank, and we never got it. It stayed in "pending" on teezily's end, and this has been stuc... Some even suggested we set up a PayPal account since "bank transfers don't work" We tried filing a ticket on their Zendesk today, but we get a "page does not exist" when we send the request Right now, for anyone who wants to SELL shirts, I’d say stay far away from this platform. It was a total waste.

pour ceux qui vendent des tee-shirts sur teezily, faites gaffe, j'ai 3 demandes de paiement depuis fin février et je n'ai toujours pas été payé, évitez-teezily, trouvez-en une autre. don't waste your time there, go somewhere else.

Poor customer service

Ordered a large T-shirt, but an extra large showed up I can't wear. I've tried Teezily support for over three weeks now, yet all I've heard is a robotic reply from customer service.

this company are the worst scammers out…

these folks are scammers, beware, don't use them. i ordered a beatles shirt in feb. got an email march 5 saying it was on the way. when i entered the tracking number, it showed invalid. they swore they'd reply, never did. wish i read reviews about these dirty bastards, don't buy. once burned, shy

Beware all sellers of this site

My payment is still waiting since February. Teezily's accountant won't release funds, and they say their payout moves slower than before. When they finally send it, I'll update my review, for now.

Avoid. Do not give them your money.
Chosing this company was a bad move. I paid £45 for a nice quality hoodie that took 22 days to arrive, and when it did, it was too small because it didn’t match the measurements listed. The print looked smaller and poorer than shown. Support never answers, so they sold me something not as adverti... Chosing this company was a bad move. Bought 150€ worth of tees, they never arrived, i never got my money back and, support won't answer and won't let me cancel orders or do anything.. at all DO NOT BUY here! Scam website!

Horrible company
Terrible firm. I moved shirts for these people and when I asked for my payout it took 2 weeks. I emailed support, and it took 3 days to answer. After I cooled down, Olivia in support treated my calm as a joke. I asked her to see if the accountants could pay out sooner since I had waited 2 weeks a... Terrible firm. Ordered a T shirt on Oct 7th for 38.94, then waited forever, right now. After 2 months I hit them up and they apologized, promised a reship. Still nothing, no reply today. This Feb 5th 2025, and I'm stuck with a shady, dishonest company!
