After years selling goods on Teespring, I began to see cracks. At first all good, but more buyers reported slow shipping or lost orders (the trouble kicked in after Amaze took over). I asked for payout on 14 August and still got nothing. Payouts should clear in a month, yet the screen still shows 'We're processing it now!' I have emailed support about six times and keep getting pushed aside. Apparently the issue lies 'with the financial team'. You don't have to search far online to see other creators who can't get paid. It's awful. If you plan to use Teespring or any Amaze platform, think twice before joining. I kept hoping for a fix, but the delays only grew worse online.

It feels like the company is run by kids, maybe ten years old. Find another company. I told supporters and donors, hoping it finish clean. That’s why I say you should pick a different company today.
Teespring still owes me more than $6,000. I asked for payout back in September and support won't answer any messages. Stay away from this platform.

Back when I did some tiny runs of clothes for promos, I gave them a try. If those orders had gone smoothly I would have bought more to push my brand for those brands. After the first year they kept pushing back the dates on my orders, so I had to cancel everything. The last try was a single tee t... The last try was a single tee that was "in production" for half a year, and I canceled it because they never shipped. There was no good reason for the delay. Now, a couple years later, I was billed $50 for renewing a domain I didn't know was still alive. I asked for a refund and to shut the domain down, but they said they don't do refunds on custom domains. Overall a lousy experience with the company and I'm glad I didn't scale up my work with them. I told them I wanted stable timing and clear updates, but they never offered either at all.

I removed all my listings and tried to delete my account, but they told me they can’t delete accounts, only disable them. Poor, slow customer service. Fighting for months to get my cash. Honestly, I have nothing new to add. There's zero clarity on how long deliveries will last (likely months if you're lucky), tiny customer support, and no refunds offered (if refunds exist at all). They never reply, honestly, ever.

Honestly, I don't have thoughts. There is no clear word on when the order arrives. They act like help is gone, and refunds are not easy. If you try, you get no support and no refunds at all.

Heinously prolonged experience with damaged & missing shirts!
After using TeeSpring for our trade show gear since 2022, I figured shipping was slow but okay… until this year. I ordered five shirts for our team in early June, but when the box showed up at month end (under three weeks to go before the show), two shirts were gone and one of the three that arri... After using TeeSpring for our trade show gear since 2022, I figured shipping was slow but okay… until this year. I ordered five shirts for our team in early June, but when the box showed up at month end (under three weeks to go before the show), two shirts were gone and one of the three that arrived was damaged. The damage happened because the shirts were jammed into a tiny plastic bag and, with the summer heat in transit, it turned into a tight, shrink-wrapped mess. My shirt got folded and the logo sides pressed against each other, so the heat kept them stuck together. When I tried to peel it, it started to peel badly. I emailed the company right away about the one damaged shirt and the two missing ones. They asked for a photo of the damage and I sent it. They didn’t rush shipping the missing shirts. Since June 2025 it took them WEEKS, if not a full month, to reply to my emails. It dragged on until August 2025 when they refunded the money for the two missing shirts, but not for the damaged one, which they had said I’d get back as well. Fast forward to now, mid-September 2025, and I finally got refunded for the damaged shirt. This whole fiasco, plus a show attendee telling us in late June that her order never arrived in time for July, made me remove TeeSpring’s link from our site so no other attendee would face the same issues. Week after week I sent reminders and kept a copy of every email, but replies came late or not at all. I had receipts, dates, and proof of the show troubles, and I kept them handy for the team. The crew waited on those shirts, our look, and the timing mattered for the booth. It was frustrating to see nothing move, and I started telling colleagues about the mess. We finally decided to try a different print shop for 2026. I’m done with this experience and I’ll be giving our 2026 merch to another print shop, since TeeSpring behind the scenes has become way too unreliable.

This kept up until August 2025, when they refunded the money for the 2 missing shirts, but not for the damaged one, even though they’d said I’d get a refund for that too. Fast forward to now, near mid-September 2025, and I FINALLY got a refund for the 1 damaged shirt. This mess, plus a show attendee letting me know back in late June that her order didn't arrive in time for our July show, made me remove TeeSpring’s link from our business site so no other people would face similar problems. I am totally over this whole thing and will 100% switch to a different print shop for our 2026 merch, since TeeSpring seems way too unreliable lately. Not a single apology came, just excuses. Our crew ended up ordering from someone else for July anyway, which hurt the schedule and budget. I’ll tell others to skip TeeSpring and look for a shop that actually ships on time before they lose clients.
