Never buy there
Don't shop there, ever. I thought it was in Europe, but it's in China. I ordered five pants. They looked awful. After many emails trying to return them, I finally got a China address. Don't buy there! They claim returns are easy... that's a lie. You think you buy stuff in Switzerland but to return it you must ship to CHINA and pay yourself, and they say they never receive it so you get nothing back! They don't allow a zero, so I slapped on a one. I bought shoes, but when they got here they were only a bit like the ones I picked. The seller makes a big deal about sending them back to China at my cost. The company was said to be from Zurich, but it feels like a Chinese scam. They won't take my... The seller makes a big deal about sending them back to China at my cost. The company was said to be from Zurich, but it feels like a Chinese scam. They won't take my complaint and offer, for example, 20% back and I keep the shoes. Overall, I feel fooled and annoyed, and this whole deal leaves a bad taste in my mouth, like I was tricked from the start, waiting for clear help that never comes anyway.

This company is despicable
That company is awful. I bought two pairs of sandals, and they were too small for my feet. I sent them back to the return address on the box. Seems I broke their rules by not calling first. Guess that settles it. This somehow lets them refuse my refund. I've sent receipts and proof of the return.... That company is awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY again. You will regret it, poor goods, poor company. I regret every penny I risked by trusting them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Attention Scam
Warning Scam I bought two linen tops, sadly. But I got two polyester shirts, not linen. Either give back 25% of the price as a refund or ship them home at your cost for a possible return. I will not buy here again.

Awful item, cheap, shipped from China! Wish I had checked first before buying! Still I must admit they replied to my email and offered me a 20% refund and let me keep it, or to return the purse for a refund, but I would cover the return. But they did reply and try to help. I should have read the reviews before I bought from them. Their site shows fake information. The products were awful. I asked for a refund since they advertise 100% back. They stopped replying to my emails. Reporting them to Fedpol, buyer beware, for good.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHAM FIRM!!! I would say this fraudulent business deserves ZERO STARS. I waited more than six weeks for the gown to ship, which turned out to come from China with poor quality and a strong chemical smell. The support emails were always polite and sympathetic in tone, yet NOTHI... STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHAM FIRM!!! I would say this fraudulent business deserves ZERO STARS. I waited more than six weeks for the gown to ship, which turned out to come from China with poor quality and a strong chemical smell. The support emails were always polite and sympathetic in tone, yet NOTHING has been said since I got the dress back and asked to return it. Reading their Returns Policy showed countless Out Clauses, and it is plain they do not mean to honour their consumer duties. The best fate for this dress is the bin! Next time I will read reviews first, not jump in. Lessons learned, avoid this place and save the regret altogether.

If I could leave zero stars, I would for real. This place feels like a scam to me. Be careful, it has nothing to do with Zurich. They aren't in Zurich, and there is no one from Zurich to talk to. The fabric was polyester, and the color looked like a bad brown rather than taupe. There was no label, everything was wrapped in plastic, no brand. I asked to return it, and after two weeks of back-and-forth they sent me a suspicious address in China. I even asked for a better Swiss address or another option. They said returns go only to that one address, and you pay shipping with tracking. So I did send it. The package sits in Chinese customs for more than three weeks. Now they say my return is outside the legal return window, so no refund. Even though I gave them the tracking number and order number as soon as I mailed it. Again, stay away from this shop. Save your money, don't risk it.

I ordered something before I saw all of these negative reviews, and I thought I had thrown my money away. But. I ordered on 3 Feb with delivery 20 Feb, so not too bad... I ordered a large and the size is fine, same as I always get here. Got a lot of feedback via email concerning the status. The quality looks good. A bit too expensive but far from a disaster.
Decided to order anyway despite all the bad reviews, and I worried I wasted my cash. But. I ordered on 3 Feb with delivery around 20 Feb, so it wasn't awful... I bought a large and the fit is fine, same size I usually get here. I got lots of updates by email about the status. The quality looks go... Really bad company
Awful company, this feels like a scam. They can't deliver the item, so I asked for my money back, even after 11th email and 2 months waiting, still no refund has shown. They reply with apologies every time, yet nothing actually changes despite all their promises.
