Registration was ok

Joining was smooth, plus a few steps, but understandable. The site itself is ok, fast actions, and steady graphs. My main wish is they add a dark theme for late-night use. All in all, a solid broker to keep on your list for me.

The account setup is very quick

Getting the account ready is quick, papers get approved fast, and the layout is easy to follow. I’m pleased with the wide range of assets you can trade. STARTRADER stays simple and clear, which helps me keep my focus on what matters for my trading.

very very poor client service

Stable, but UI is cluttered

The app is generally stable and trades execute on time. The dashboard feels crowded and hard to navigate for new users. I wish there were more customization options.

I must say

Barely hoped for much in the beginning, haha. Yet this broker really surprised me. Everything loads quickly, buying and selling isn’t hard at all, and the mobile app runs well on my old phone. I'm glad with it. So glad I tried this. Feels solid overall.

I like how the platform feels modern…

I think the platform feels simple yet modern, not too tricky. Charts show clear detail, trades happen quick today, and money moves through without delay. STARTRADER really makes the whole ride smooth. Definitely one of the better brokers I’ve used in years.

Large win? Section 1.4.b.v lets Startrader legally remove your funds!
I funded my account, made a RIVN trade, and asked for a withdrawal. The withdrawal later vanished from my balance. Startrader then grabbed all the profit from my only trade and marked it as a “Cash Adjustment - PNL” while the cash sat idle in my account. Support called my activity “suspicious/hig... Startrader then grabbed all the profit from my only trade and marked it as a “Cash Adjustment - PNL” while the cash sat idle in my account. Support called my activity “suspicious/high-risk” and referenced Section 1.4.b.v of the Client Agreement (and promo T&Cs). Read that in plain language. Section 1.4.b.v gives the company broad power to void orders, wipe out profits, and recover losses if they decide your trading breaks their rules. In practice, that means they can legally pull money from your account after the fact by citing that rule. I’ve seen other posts describing profits removed under Section 1.4.b. I’m not alone. Look at recent reviews and judge for yourself. This is my own experience. If you’re thinking about this broker, go in with your eyes open and see how 1.4.b.v could be used. My account number is 9079730. Here is the last message I got from Startrader from eight months ago explaining why they could keep my money I trusted them with. I haven’t heard back since that note: Dear Client, We are writing to tell you that we found suspicious and/or high-risk trading on your account. We have solid reasons to think some of your trades count as suspicious, as defined in the Client Agreement, and at the same time your trades also violated the promo terms. Under Section 1.4.b.v of the Client Agreement and the promo terms, the Company, at its own choice, may take any actions it sees fit, and such practices are not encouraged. We want to make clear that we may take urgent steps, which could include closing your account. Those steps would come without extra notice, and any earned profits will be cancelled. Your account leverage will be changed, which could alter how you trade. If you have any questions, please reach out. Thanks for helping keep a fair trading space. Best regards, STARTRADER SUPPORT I asked for a clear answer and got a vague reply. The money that sat as cash in my balance suddenly felt like part of their game. The rules seem to bend when it suits them, not when it helps me. I wish I had warned myself earlier, and I plan to warn others now. Stay careful with this broker.

Strong platform, minor drawbacks

STARTRADER has a clean interface and fast trades. Fees are reasonable, and the mobile app is reliable most days. Still, the onboarding docs could be clearer.

I like STARTRADER’s video lessons the…

STARTRADER’s video lessons are my favorite because they’re simple to follow and cover things clearly. The study guides helped me start with confidence. Still, I wish crypto trading were included since that interests me. All in all, a solid choice for newcomers today, I think.

Pending withdrawal

Hello, it’s been a day since I filed my withdrawal, but it’s still showing as processing. I spoke with the live chat team today, but they can’t give me an answer about this. My trading account is 16178003

Scammers don’t put your money in here

Be careful with cheats , they won’t keep your money here . I saved 5000 € as gain but they never cash out , I sent it back to the same card . From 5000 they sent 550 total

Worst Trading Site
That was my hardest moment online, by far. They say they help with trading and with their Professional Support the account got wiped out. They keep calling until you put in a deposit, and after you lose money because of their poor help, they vanish. No one answers after that, and you're left with... Pls dont use this broker

Please avoid this broker. They hold peoples money for more than two months, and the customer service is awful. Just stay completely away.

Absolute cowboys DO NOT USE their platform
If I could rate this firm zero stars, I would. Every report about cash withdrawals and upper staff seems right. This place is a total joke. I tried their chat line, sent emails, and still got a pile of nonsense, and I cannot reach my money no matter what happens. Before this, I used Vantage and t... I have been trying to withdraw my cash, and their latest excuse says my bank rejected it, which is rubbish since I checked with my bank today. Now they won't answer emails at all. DO NOT use these crooks ever.

Been using this broker for some months…

Been using this broker for a few short months now. Money in and out of my account went smooth. The site feels light too, and it never slows down even when the markets go wild. It's steady, safe, and handy to use. Recommend.

STARTRADER is good

STARTRADER is nice, no doubt. What I enjoy most is how easy it starts up. Setup for the account took about 10 minutes, and I was ready. Charts are neat, the tools are simple enough to learn, even for a beginner like me, as a newbie.

I really like how smooth everything…

I find things run smooth here, and that's nice. Orders clear fast, and spreads don't hit me hard. Honestly I didn’t think it would be this simple. I check the app late at night, it stays solid. No complaints yet, very steady broker overall.

WARNING – SCAM!
Beware – this was a scam experience. My dealings with StarTrader left me upset. I let them handle my trades and, after earning a $203 profit, they flat out refused to release my money. StarTrader showed no honesty or openness. They took my $203 USD profit and gave no real reason, while ignoring every request for a fix. Their acts felt like theft, and I see this site as a scam. I tell anyone thinking about StarTrader to stay away and guard your hard-earned cash. The risk of having your funds held back is real, and support seems unable or unwilling to help. Do not trust StarTrader with your money under any condition. Stay away and tell friends too.

Withdrawal delays were frustrating

Hybrid app reliability inconsistent

The desktop and mobile apps sometimes disagree on price. Customer service couldn't reproduce the issue quickly. I am exploring other options.

Helpful research tools and alerts

The built-in research feeds are valuable for short-term ideas. Alerts help catch momentum moves. Minor UI quirks, but overall a solid upgrade from my earlier broker.

Nice features, room to improve

STARTRADER offers useful research and a solid mobile experience. However, some data feeds lag and the withdrawal process took longer than expected. Overall, it's usable but not exceptional.
