The customer support is the best I've…

Support was the best I've seen so far. they answer right away and are super friendly. I asked for a refund of the costs and the order. they fixed it fast and made it possible to settle everything in minutes. Worth a shot, store gets my vote.

This is my worst experience with online…
Not my best online buy at all! I grabbed a backpack on 09/11/2022 and paid right away. As of today 17/11 my order still sits unshipped, the status of my order remains "ORDER CONFIRMED, WAITING TO BE PROCESSED". I sent two emails asking when it would ship, but I never got any reply! I wonder if they are scammers or just lazy folks who treat customers badly. That whole thing left me annoyed and let down completely.
