Not Doing Job Well
Hope you're hanging in there! I'm dealing with a shipment that never arrived, even with the address clear. I was told to reach out right away before the parcel goes back, yet no one has helped, and the AI assistant is useless too. This firm stinks. I asked for updates, but silence kept coming.

Ordered items from SHEIN on September 29 and saw a delivery status with Speed X for October 10. Yet I still don't have my orders as of today (Oct 21). How long should I wait? Ordered something on September 30, now it's October 21 and the package stays stuck. It's been "processing" at a NJ site since October 8. Every message to SpeedX brings back an AI reply, "I will escalate this investigation"

Package is now week late and still not…
Package is now weeks late and still not here. Tracking says it's in my city for days, but "delay in transit" pops up every time I check. I wish someone would shut down this business; it's not worth the hassle. Especially after reading 1000s of negative reviews about folks not getting there stuff ... Dude these folks keep delaying my package, it shows an estimated delivery for the 19 and now it's the 21st with no updates, no live agents or supervisor around like what's the point of this even existing? It's a mess and I wish this ends soon, this deserves a -5 star, that's how bad it is. Man wh... Pointless firm with goofy drivers that won't even bother to locate the place. How this outfit stays afloat is beyond me....do not hire them....do not shop on sites that use them....youre welcome

A different courier for temu showed up as bad, then SPEEDX, or I mean SLOWX, or UNRELIABLEX was worse. I still don't get why the company uses this courier. I'll give 00000 star. This morning at 11:06 I got a photo saying my package was delivered at 10:59, but I walked to the door and there was nothing. Now I’m stuck with all the bad reviews that this company uses proof photos and steals packages. One day my ring camera was on the charger and yall still took mt belongings... Never again will I use this service. They left package in building boxes instead of bringing it to my door, as they had the gate code and address, yet still left it. Illegal to use USPS mailboxes.

Slowest delivery service ever!
One lousy star is all I give this company, they earned zero praise from me. No help at all, no real customer care. My Shein order has been stuck looping for two weeks!!! Support is really bad, not helpful at all. The only choice is a bot that says it will link me to a real person or send a note. There hasn't been a real person available while I try for days to change my setup (putting in a door code) and the firm still hasn't emailed me. I never got my parcel and... Mostly AI, can’t talk to a person, didn’t get my package because AI changed the E in my address to West, which isn’t right at all today.

Lost my package
Package gone missing. Refund refused. I'm out 26.50. They said my package wasn't deliverable. Ali Express sent a different package with another courier to the same address the same day. I get packages from everyone all the time. Unable to reach anyone. Totally incompetent today.

Terrible service – package stuck for a month, zero communication
I’ve waited for my package for more than a month and no updates coming. I’ve sent many emails to SpeedX, and no one replied or gave any information. The tracking says it’s in process with no progress for weeks. This is not okay at all. If you plan to order from them, don’t. Their service is none,... Their service is none, and you’ll be kept in the dark after paying, with no contact at all. I hardly ever post reviews, but this one really should warn others worldwide.
Tracking stays on the "wrong address" even though last year more than 50 parcels from Aliexpress and 100+ from Amazon reached this home. No luck with the so called "customer service", and soon the status read "package disposal". They never fix it properly.
