I've been waiting for 2 months for an…

Been sitting for two months waiting for a clear reason why my funds are blocked on Sogexia; still no sensible answer. Turns out this goes to another team (AML), and support can only say my account is temporarily blocked with no extra details, which really frustrates me.

From the start, my chat with Sogexia support seemed fine, but then things turned rough. A while later I learned my account and card were blocked for fraud prevention, which I accept as caution, but the mood of the staff quickly soured. The behavior from several team members and colleagues was not... From the start, my chat with Sogexia support seemed fine, but then things turned rough. A while later I learned my account and card were blocked for fraud prevention, which I accept as caution, but the mood of the staff quickly soured. The behavior from several team members and colleagues was not okay or polite. They pressed me to send a selfie holding an ID, and I did. Then they said the ID image wasn’t clear enough. Long and annoying story short, they warned my account would stay blocked unless I complied, in a tone that barely hid disrespect. This can’t be right, since the money in the account is mine and not for them to decide how I, the owner and client, should handle it. I want to hear from a manager soon about what happened and what will be done to fix it. A quick response would calm me, but silence feels like they care less about my funds and rights right now today.

Since 11th of august

Since August 11th, I can't send an outgoing transfer. This is not okay for a bank. Your reply is useless and you should lose your bank license for that!

A bit too many steps to sign up, yet it works. The history screen feels odd, maybe fix the layouut a bit.
