Still No Shipment After 11 Days
Placed an order on September 5, and now, after 11 days, my parcel hasn’t left the warehouse. The ad said 4–6 business days, but this shop clearly misses its own promises. The updates have been weak – instead of a real fix, I get a generic note blaming “high demand.” That isn’t a real excuse for m... This has been very disappointing, and I won’t shop here again. If they don’t ship right away, I’ll cancel the order and request a full refund. Other buyers should pause before trusting this store. I expected better service for the price, and I hope they fix this ASAP soon.

I ordered a iPhone 16 and 16 pro
I bought an iPhone 16 and the 16 pro. After two weeks and two emails from SmartPort about delivery issues they cancelled my order. In the end I felt they just keep your money for a while and gamble that they can drop the order. That shop is the worst online store I have ever used. I would not rec... In the end I felt they just keep your money for a while and gamble that they can drop the order. That shop is the worst online store I have ever used. I would not recommend them at all. At least they returned my money fairly quickly after cancelling the order, even though we still had a valid contract. Their delays felt lazy and confusing, and I wasted days waiting there.

Der Preis war gut, selbst für ein gebrauchtes Ding in Zustand “wie neu”. Trotzdem habe ich mich entschieden, es zurückzugeben. Die Lieferung kam innerhalb eines... Die Lieferung kam innerhalb eines Tages, der Kundenservice war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Rückerstattung kam ohne Verzögerung. That phone turned out to be clean and neat, yet the software showed it had been used before. The price was fair, even for a second‑hand device that looked almost new. Still, I chose to send it back. It arrived within a day, and talking with support stayed friendly throughout; the refund came through without any hold‑ups. All in all, no regrets, just honest service there.

The shipping took 2 weeks instead of…
Delivery took two weeks, not the four days they promised. The box came badly damaged. There is no phone number to help customers, and replies take three business days. Overall, very slow and poor service indeed. Not what I expected, really.

They don’t ship my order for 8 days!
Something about this place just bugs me, because my order never leaves their hands. I paid 8 days ago and still wait for any shipment. You take money and then delay the item? That’s not how a business should work. It was meant as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and now the date passed already ... Delayes until cancellation
I waited ten days for the Iphone and finally canceled the order because every other day they said they'd send it and then failed to deliver. Now I'm waiting over a week for a refund, hoping it will arrive, but I doubt it.
