Im very satisfied with the fees
Im very pleased with the fees, fair terms. The design is modern and makes using it very enjoyable. I dont like being required to have a PIN on your Phone, even though I understand the security aspect, but it feels annoying. Overall, a decent broker for me.

A long period of challenges, but...
After a long upgrade from smartbroker to smartbroker+ with many hurdles, I feel they have finally finished the change. There may be some small kinks, but overall I have seen really quick order execution, real-time data, many exchanges to pick from, and customer support replies in a timely way. So... There may be some small kinks, but overall I have seen really quick order execution, real-time data, many exchanges to pick from, and customer support replies in a timely way. So I plan to stay around for a while. The new setup looks cleaner, trades feel smoother, and data pops up faster. Since there are still lots of negative reviews, I would suggest offering a small token to those who stuck through the upgrade to show some appreciation.
Great help, they did everything for me and were very professional. Would recommend!

WARNING – Customer service does not exist!
Just a warning before you try booking this service: support is not reachable. I sent many messages and made many calls, but no one picked up. The worst moment came today, December 14, when an automated line said the help desk could be reached only until 5 PM. I rang at 3 PM, right in work time. M... The worst moment came today, December 14, when an automated line said the help desk could be reached only until 5 PM. I rang at 3 PM, right in work time. Moving from smartbroker to smartbroker+ failed, and I could not get help about it. Now I must pull everything from smartbroker and switch to a better provider. That choice feels right, but I wish they offered real support instead. Avoid this if possible.
Do not trust! They are holding my money as hostage
Stay away from Smartbroker. Six weeks back, I asked to move my depot to a different bank. Nothing moved, and my new bank says nothing has changed. Smartbroker ignores written support messages. No customer service; major issue for a customer not treated properly
Chasing them for a month because the October shares transfer failed. I could not reach anyone at customer service; I phoned many times, waited long, and the line cut every time. Email got no replies either. After I found a manager on LinkedIn, I finally got a call from someone who said there was ... Chasing them for a month because the October shares transfer failed. But nothing was fixed, and again nobody answers, and nobody replies. I tried fifty times in the last four weeks, and in all cases I waited ten minutes before the call ended. Support never called back, emails bounced, and I felt ignored every single day there. Absolutely horrible company!
The old Smartbroker ran fine. Moving to Smartbroker Plus is a total disaster today! The app won't work, my portfolio transfer hasn't happened and the company gives no word. I called that number many times, but no luck. Ever tried reaching their support at all? Support and service were awful. I would not trust them with any money again.
Smartbroker has awful customer help. They do anything to stop you moving your money elsewhere. From tax forms to bank slips, you can only request by mail. Its the roughest interface of any broker around. Would not recommend to anyone.

Totally the worst customer service. They won't help at all with easy asks and are rude too. Their usual reply is "I can't tell you and I don't know who can". Their trick is to bounce you between BNP Paribas and them, abusive, with no help. I'm talking with a lawyer to handle the mess they made fo... Totally the worst customer service. Terrible support from this place. They act like customers don't matter here. My login was blocked for three months despite many replies promising it would be fixed. So sad to deal with this.
