Huge thanks to Eric Shackleton I’m usually set in my ways and don’t like change with card machines etc, but I took the plunge and was guided step by step on setting up this cool new skytab device. It seems Eric knows the machine inside out and when I had questions he took me straight to the right... Huge thanks to Eric Shackleton I’m usually set in my ways and don’t like change with card machines etc, but I took the plunge and was guided step by step on setting up this cool new skytab device. It seems Eric knows the machine inside out and when I had questions he took me straight to the right menu part and fixed everything! After only 5-6 days I feel much more confident using the new unit, knowing Eric is just a call away if I hit any issues. Also I’m pleased with the deal I got from shift4 on fees etc I’d tell mates this was easy and Eric stayed calm and clear throughout. Good value too with shift4. Thanks again Lee (Grand Designs)
