All the furniture we ordered looks nice, but the support is awful! There is no number to ring and a bot handles issues. What a pity that such a lovely brand has this bad service. Very disappointing for sure.

Pues bien, por el precio modesto de una entrega estándar -al menos 20 €, sin entrega en puerta, solo en el portal- puedes verificar si te agrada y si coincide con lo descrito. Si te gusta, ahí se acaba tu gasto. Pero si no... hablamos de otros 30 € como mínimo para devolverlo. En resumen: pierdes tiempo, dinero (unos 50 €) y paciencia (más de un mes entre recogida y reembolso). Ojalá aparezca pronto una empresa que traiga muebles de India y China, como ellos, pero al menos ofrezca un servicio decente y use esas grandes ganancias para mejorar la logística, no para pagar a influencers. Sería genial hallar una marca seria, con entrega rápida y respuestas claras cuando surjan problemas. Creo que todos agradeceríamos menos humo ya, hoy. A lot of red flags hit you from the first order: prices that hide average quality, “limited-time” deals that never end, outrageous shipping and return charges, and a customer service that falls short… and I could continue. This is an ONLINE furniture shop, which pretty much means you’ll want to see the item in person to know if you actually like it. And for what they call a 'modest' delivery fee—at least €20 just to reach the building entrance, not your door—you can check whether it matches the description. If you like it, that’s where your wallet stops losing money; if not, expect at least another €30 to return it. So you waste time, money (around €50), and patience (over a month between pickup and refund). I’m hoping a company will import furniture from India and China, like they do, but with real quality service and using those margins to improve logistics instead of paying influencers. It would be nice to find a brand that is serious, offers quick delivery, and gives clear responses when issues pop up. Until then, I’ll feel burned, honestly, a bit.

Their support is just not there, do not buy! Avoid this seller, many folks had the same trouble. Buyer beware, really!
Product came damaged when I got it. More than a week has passed, and I still heard nothing from the company about how to send it back. I won't place another order on this site. If you need a marble table, try somewhere else these days.

Avoid SKLUM – Terrible Service, No Accountability
Honestly, I wish I had skipped ordering from SKLUM. Their stuff online looked nice, but the real service behind it is very poor and the help from support even worse. I paid extra for their “premium delivery” (delivery to the room of choice), yet what arrived was a basic doorstep drop. The carrie... Honestly, I wish I had skipped ordering from SKLUM. I paid extra for their “premium delivery” (delivery to the room of choice), yet what arrived was a basic doorstep drop. The carrier they use, TSN Groen, flat out refused to carry the furniture upstairs, even though all details were correct in advance. One box weighed over 130 kg and was left in the stairwell, blocking the hallway. I ended up paying €90 out of pocket for a pro to move it inside. When I reached out to SKLUM, I got a string of canned replies from their support, specifically “Lucia”, who hid behind their terms instead of offering a real fix. They told me they were not responsible and there would be no refund for the premium service I paid for, even though it was never carried out. What’s most annoying is the total lack of care or accountability. SKLUM and TSN Groen keep blaming each other, leaving me to deal with the mess. Every order I’ve placed has ended with trouble: damaged items, poor communication, and now a total refusal to own up. I’ve spent extra money, wasted valuable time, and felt like the problem was being pushed back onto me. This experience shows SKLUM doesn’t value its customers. I’ll shop elsewhere and I tell others to do the same. There are still many brands with nice design and solid service – SKLUM isn’t one. I sent photos of the doorway and stair setup, and still got told the problem was my fault or the building's, not theirs. It felt like a game of pass the buck, with no real help offered. Just more excuses, nothing.

I followed every step listed on the site: photos of all the damage, pack it exactly as it arrived, set up a time with the delivery company, etc. The delivery crew showed up a m... A month later, I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s nearly impossible to reach them. WhatsApp and Chat are bots, so not helpful, and there’s no real phone number to call. They didn’t reply to emails either. In short, I will never buy here again and won’t tell anyone to shop here. Poor quality, poor products, and even worse customer service. Very, very disappointed. A quick update after reading Sklum’s reply: what you said isn’t true. The virtual helpers (WhatsApp and chat) don’t help unless your question is already pre-set. For anything else, they don’t work. You don’t have a working phone number for months and there’s no email. Only forms for already set questions. I even contacted Sklum Spain and spoke with them, since they do have a contact number. Hoping to get my money back. Fingers crossed for results soon.
Ordered a book shell, arrived missing two pieces, cannot assemble. I notified it through the sklum site and asked for a return, more than a week has passed with no update, nothing from them, cannot reach by phone. AVOID THEM. This mess cost me cash and time, very annoying indeed.

Seems they just lost another shopper. It's a shame their service stays below par, while their goods could be nice. Their support is frankly rubbish. So the mirror cost us money for nothing. Now I ordered two items again, got one, but the other never arrived. Money taken, nothing delivered. Getting any news or updates from them is nearly impossible, you wait weeks for a reply. I still loved their products, but I will not buy from them again. It's a waste, really, since the items themselves were nice when they showed up, and I thought they cared. But that quick drop in service made me lose faith and patience today.

I tried calling times and again, but the line just stays busy... this site isn't for anyone who wants things easy and uses their time well. Sklum clearly misses the customer side as you see from other reviews. Now waiting on hold for over 25 minutes. They seem to put money first and forget us, I guess really, though.

They have now reached out and asked me to fill their incident report, with two choices: not what I ordered or item damaged. Neither option helps, since I want compensation for the long delay, because 52 days passed and they still had my payment of over £800 in full the whole time, while I was treated very poorly. I buy lots of things online and this has to be the worst for me, since I have never had major issues with other orders, and when there were any, they were fixed quickly and cleanly, so I hardly remember any longer trouble. SKLUM already has a bad name, and trust me their customer service is near non-existent, hiding behind a chatbot and dodging direct questions every single time.

I asked them to ship another piece of the missing item and look for it themselves, but it seems they can't do that. I am very upset now, I need this sofa for clients who have rented an Appartement. Customer service at SKLUM is almost not there. The chat bot keeps sayin' someone from the team will reach me, but it never happened yet! So this lousy review might be all I can do. I am not in the mood to call my lawyer, but I may have no choice. I work in online sales myself, but this is the worst customer service I have seen!!! If I can fix this, I will tell friends to skip SKLUM altogether now.
Really high quality gear, quick shipping, and fair prices. It's a real site and they sell lots of well made pieces shipped fair. Only the German shipping partner isn't the best (fast but hard to contact for delivery on exact days) but that's German customer service, for real...

This company has no direct support option; you must fill forms and wait with vague timelines. Still waiting for a reply from their side. I just want the rest of the bed, or a clear plan, to fix.
Really pleased with the kitchen chairs & their colours. The packages were tidy and the fitting guide was simple to use. The only thing stopping five stars is the lack of updates from the courier about when the delivery will arrive, which makes planning a bit tricky today!
