Worst online shopping experience by…
Terrible online order experience. You can’t track the package, and they claim DHL would handle it in a day or two (they sent it out five days after I ordered). They never answer the post-purchase email I sent. The listed WhatsApp contact is useless (nobody looks at it!). Worse, they gave DHL the ... Terrible online order experience. You can’t track the package, and they claim DHL would handle it in a day or two (they sent it out five days after I ordered). They never answer the post-purchase email I sent. The listed WhatsApp contact is useless (nobody looks at it!). Worse, they gave DHL the wrong address!! I had to sort it out with DHL myself when they emailed saying a delivery was coming... Awful experience. I’m not sure I can’t trust them at all. Their delays dragged on, and I wasted time.
