I've been ordering from Shein for ages now, and recently two of my orders disappeared. FedEx can't tell me anything about them because the label shows the wrong address. I only have one address, so I can't see how items are getting lost. I still haven't gotten a refund. I'm out money I spent on t... It's not fair to be left waiting and stressed like this for me. Do not shop on Shein.

Disgraceful policies and procedure
Don't waste time and money. This is a shady company that ships to the wrong addresses on purpose, and when your package never arrives, it turns into a big hassle for you, and they WILL NOT honor refunds, returns, or missing packages. Their reps are useless, act like they dont understand English, ... Don't waste time and money. Five orders were placed, and I got nothing. My card was charged, yet nothing arrived. I have a camera, but no deliveries. Every order said it was "delivered" and even showed USPS numbers. There are scams using others' tracking numbers. I have only gotten refunds for two orders so far. I would not recommend this company--Temu is more reliable. Really a hassle, nothing got solved. Yet.

Late last month I ordered two items from the same brand on Shein. The order split, and oddly one piece got sent to a totally different address. The other one showed up at my doorstep as usual. For three weeks I kept reaching out to Shein, asking them to fix it. Every time I pushed for an update I... Late last month I ordered two items from the same brand on Shein. Every time I pushed for an update I had to repeat the problem, share photos of my order confirmation with my address, and show the courier’s tracking. Each person said they’d connect me with the right team, but no one from that team ever got back. I often got what looked like a copied reply that had nothing to do with my issue, and it was always the same line. I asked for a direct phone number so talking would be easier, but they never gave one. I have used Shein for years and never had trouble, but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a retailer. It felt odd, and maybe someone at the warehouse runs this kind of move, perhaps waiting on the other end. I trusted the brand for many years, yet this mess dropped my confidence, and now I’m cautious about future orders. If they can’t fix a simple mixup, I don’t see how they will handle bigger problems later. Right now I’m avoiding them until I hear real answers from someone.

I ordered 2 dresses from SHEIN in hopes…
I ordered two dresses from SHEIN hoping one would work for an upcoming wedding. Both of the dresses showed up. One dress wasn't the item I bought, it's similar but not what I ordered. It looked like someone sent it back, and they did not check it was clean and unworn. SO GROSS!! I will NEVER order from SHEIN again. I left reviews for each dress, giving them 1 star and explaining how nasty it was to get a dirty item. I logged in tonight to see my reviews; SHEIN swapped my 1 star for 5 on both items. That mess ruined my plans, and I will not shop there again ever.

That is the worst support and the shipping setup they use, since when I spoke with the boss they just cut the line on me. The problem centers on swapping my item. Seriously, it’s my 4 th swap for the same thing. They haven’t offered a proper reply or a real fix. This is a huge letdown because it’... Be careful with Shein
First, I found a mistake with my address, and it’s set so you can’t edit it even though orders sit in packing, processing, or waiting to ship. I don’t get why if bundles stay at the place, they can’t be sent from a fixed address. I just need to add one word to my address. There is another house a... I don’t get why if bundles stay at the place, they can’t be sent from a fixed address. I just need to add one word to my address. There is another house about half an hour away with nearly the same street, except I’m north and they’re south. I must include the word State or the boxes go to that other spot. That’s one trouble I’ve run into. One package supposedly arrived via FedEx (per Shein), and when I clicked the link it showed it went to AL, which is fine, except I live in TN. I can see the mix up with the nearby house, but I don’t get how a shipment meant for TN ends up in AL. Also FedEx had no package tied to my tracking number from Shein; in fact it said it wasn’t even valid. Not to mention these boxes say they’re delivered while still showing processing or shipped. This is the third odd thing with orders from Shein. I feel like there are fake items at these low prices, and then they try to cover it by making customers think their package landed elsewhere, when that place never existed. Once I can be sure the address is totally right, I’ll try another order to see if it shows up. If not, I’m done with Shein. Until this fixed, I won’t trust the mail much. I keep checking each box, hoping for good news, but I still see wrong pages and wrong towns. I wish their system would let you fix details fast, without fear of loss. If this stays bad, I will stop buying there. Better service would keep me around.

Disappointing quality, slow delivery
Online the SHEIN dress looked cute, but the fabric feels thin and there were loose threads. The sizing ran small for me, even with measurements. Returns were a pain and the refund took forever.
