That makes me think someone is lying, or the warehouse botched the order, or it was never shipped. I've been a customer for years and never had a real problem. I am frustrated by how this was handled. I would have taken the missing twelve items as I need them. No solution was offered. Now I’m out of money and can’t buy elsewhere, and my seven year old still has no winter clothes. This is shocking. I wanted helpful answers, not excuses. Now I am stuck with a bill and no clothes. My son is cold, and the week is almost over, so I feel let down and stuck. Very disappointing.

I enjoy using Shein

I like shopping on Shein, prices are fair, and most things I buy feel decent quality. What annoys me are those promos with free stuff and a timer; they never work, and if you somehow grab a free item, you still don't get it. Overall, I shop there because prices help. Most things are fine.

I have used shein for years with no real issues, until they started selling through third party sellers and things went downhill fast. I ordered three boxes from them in September, two arrived, one went to a wrong address, and the courier even showed a fake photo of a different place. I reached out to shein about this and they would not refund, blaming the courier and saying they marked it as delivered. I spoke to Yodel, who said the parcel is missing and sent proof by email, but shein said that wasn't enough to prove loss and kept refusing. I've been going back and forth with them more than twenty times since it happened over a month ago, and now they froze my account without a real reason. Nothing they say makes sense; every question they ask and every proof I send gets a vague reply that still leaves me in the dark and without a refund. I won't shop with shein again, because their customer service has been awful, they show no care for loyalty, and they seem to ignore consumer rights. To shein, please skip your generic replies to my review, because you won't do anything but keep refusing my money while pretending you can somehow fix this. Shame on you, a big company, for not refunding a £60 order; I think you must be hard pressed to handle this. They keep asking for more proof even after I sent tracking numbers, emails from Yodel, and screenshots, and they still act like nothing is wrong. If they act this way with a simple missing parcel, I hate to think how they would handle bigger issues in the future. Right now I want others to know what they really do to people. Do not waste your money.

I do really love shein I always use…

Shein really wins me over, I shop there a lot. They're steady with shipping, and the stuff and prices match what you get, plus the quality is decent too, so I'll keep using Shein.

I received wrong items in parcel after…

I got the wrong things in the box after many tries to reach someone to sort it out I chose to send back for a refund but they won’t cover postage even though it was their fault not mine so I won’t shop here again shocking

Loved the quick shipping

The dress arrived within 3 days and looked just like the photos. The fabric feels sturdy and the stitching is neat, even after a gentle wash. I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely shop SHEIN again.
