Scalable Capital has worse support than I have seen, for example a ticket opened April 2025, by end of May 2025 I gathered and gave them the info they asked to move forward, since then I still get automatic emails telling me to cancel the Ticket if the question no longer stands, otherwise they promise to address my concern in the next 2 weeks (due to high load)... today is October. The UI/UX of the app, its functions and stock availability are fine from my view, so I give 3 stars.

How you move around is simple, the look is neat, and the whole layout gives a solid view. I especially like the ETF savings plans, which are easy to set up and handy. Email updates keep me informed without flooding me. So far, I’ve seen no flaws. I would definitely tell someone to try Scalable Capital if they want a simple, up-to-date platform for investing.
Simple app, easy to use. Good features work with the free version and no issues, so far.

Unparalleled ease of use with best…
Super easy to work with and it beats other options on support. The AI tools called Insights, plus the help chat, are pretty handy once you try them and poke around a bit more. It feels smooth, quick, and easy overall.

Lack of transparency in fees
Not happy with Scalable Capital. I tried moving my money from my old Baader Bank to the new Scalable account and by mistake hit the Instant Deduction option in the app. The app hid a 1% fee behind a tiny arrow, and I didn't see it then. I rang support several times, yet they won’t refund the fee ... Not happy with Scalable Capital. I rang support several times, yet they won’t refund the fee and call their fees “transparent,” which is flat out not true. On top of that, my funds are now stuck for eight weeks, and I can’t take them out at all!
still shaken, from losing $133,000 in an instant. Big props to *Am pIeedges*… they fixed it fast, like it mattered zero at all.

A good broker but has a problem
Being a small investor with Scalable Capital, I think the broker is solid, but the main issue is that it doesn’t offer the administrative regime to Italian customers. That feature would be a real help, and it would open access to PIR, reducing the 26% tax on gains from 2025 investments. If they a... If they added it, they’d attract more Italian users and make current ones feel safer about putting money into the market. That would boost trust and bring them back for more.
I signed up for Scalable Capital in 2023 and never used it. This week they took 35 euros from my balance and claimed I ordered a Prime Broker service last March. I have not used this app for over a year and I did not buy or agree to any upgraded service. When I reached out to support, they replie... I signed up for Scalable Capital in 2023 and never used it. When I reached out to support, they replied: "sorry, but you got to pay" and told me to look for the IBAN in a random email in my inbox. I feel cheated. I also can't see a simple way to close my account, while Trade Republic offers a clear opt-out option. I would not recommend Scalable Capital at all.
Mobile and web apps are pretty decent, but getting help lately is much worse. Live help has mostly vanished, replaced by AI chat that gives little detail and just repeats the same lines from the FAQ. Scalable Capital got me to switch back in 2022 as the top broker here, but since 2024 I'm thinking about using someone else instead. The way support works now makes me doubt the whole setup, and I miss quick answers that actually help. Not sure what I'll do.
This app is good for investing, and it feels easy. Still, it needs better services and support. They should add direct partial buying of stocks. Not every stock is listed, which is annoying. A pro version for traders might really help.

Good UI, Frustrating Limitations
While other firms move money faster, Scalable Capital still drags when you move funds. I'd like a weekly savings setup, like many brokers offer, but that choice isn't there with Scalable Capital. Also, being unable to buy fractional shares outside a savings plan is really annoying and a dealbreak... While other firms move money faster, Scalable Capital still drags when you move funds. Also, being unable to buy fractional shares outside a savings plan is really annoying and a dealbreaker. Aside from that, the app UI is nice, updates keep coming, and it feels trustworthy. That slow money flow makes me worry about bigger transfers and goals.
