About Rituals
Rituals is a Dutch premium lifestyle brand offering beauty, body care, home fragrances, and wellness products with a focus on mindful rituals and luxurious experiences.
They push a green image, saying reuse your Rituals bottles and buy refills. But the bottles have sticky stickers all over that won't peel off without wrecking them. Poor quality, and clearly not a green company. Marketing was just told to make them look green. Not honest, and I shrugged.

It is the first time I have tried…

Trying rituals was my first time. I have sensitive skin, so I hoped it was ok. They say their skincare is for sensitive skin. I ordered oil and moisturiser, but when I applied it, the scent was too strong. It made my skin itch, so I had to rinse it off. They should not claim it is for sensitive skin, because it isn't. There is no reason to make skincare smell like perfume. It is a waste of money when you are told it is safe for sensitive skin and then you find it isn't. That was frustrating.
I bought a difuser two years back. After five months it broke and won’t work anymore. I replaced it, and it broke again. Then the third one failed in three months. Today I went to flagstore Amsterdam to swap it. They gave a rough answer. No swap, no refund. Bad service. Don’t buy the diffuser!!!

WORST WORKPLACE
Looking for a terrible workplace, this job tops the list. They show no care for people; the only thing they chase is sales numbers and how many customers they fool in a day. They care nothing about workers; you are seen as a cash tool. You stay useful only if they can use you and you bring money.... Looking for a terrible workplace, this job tops the list. They show no care for people; the only thing they chase is sales numbers and how many customers they fool in a day. They care nothing about workers; you are seen as a cash tool. You stay useful only if they can use you and you bring money. Management watches you all the time. And then they drop you when you get sick or feel worn out. No real sympathy. And the pay is bad. Still, a lot of tasks. That sums this place.
Second to none customer service at Rituals Trafford Centre

On a visit to the Trafford Centre, my daughter and I asked for skin care tips and items, and we got friendly service from Jenny, the manager, and from her teammate whose name I don't know. The products she advised and sold are for my daughter's wedding in July. Since I am the bride's mum, I want her day to be perfect in every way. The rituals team made us feel that on the day we will be glowing, and I would tell anyone to visit this store. We will return to keep supporting them with our business and to share our wedding pictures as requested by the girls there. They really made us feel welcome and cared for, even before the big day. Thanks again Jenny and your team.

All the items are great, especially the current limited edition- I popped into the Ballerup centre shop to grab something before it was gone, the shop helper was super polite without being pushy. He asked if I wanted any kind of advice and gave it only when I asked. The ginger tea was tasty, every product I tried smelled and felt good and he let me try as many testers as I wanted as many times as I needed to pick. He also noticed I never got my welcome gift for joining the club (I had completely forgotten), so that was a nice add-on. I left feeling glad I stopped by and would go again.
I bought a pyjama from the online shop. Because of the price, I got a gift. Delivery was quick, but the gift never arrived. I tried the item, and it did not meet my quality needs. Delivery was quick, but the gift never arrived. I tried the item, and it did not meet my quality needs. I wanted to return it. I opened the site and asked for a return label. This is where the trouble began... I had to reach out to support nearly every day for almost two months to get the right sticker. After writing to them constantly and about 15 calls, I finally got one. At last, more than two months in, I got my money back. As much as I like brick-and-mortar shops, I would not tell anyone to shop online there, especially for clothes. I still prefer real stores.
