This shop is truly amazing and awsome They got my order done in three days. Fast delivery and really on time. Nice quality items. I ordered a "poster" and the print on it looked awesome. Thanks to Redbubble for your unique stuff. I'll for sure shop with you again later soon. :-)

They suspend artists' accounts without proper explanation
I'm unhappy with RedBubble, honestly. I ran an artist account there for around two years, posted plenty of designs, and made decent money, then suddenly they froze and shut my account without any clear reason. I reached out to say sorry if I messed up, but all I heard was a blank email saying the... I'm unhappy with RedBubble, honestly. I reached out to say sorry if I messed up, but all I heard was a blank email saying the choice is final. A little respect for the artists on their site would go a long way. This isn't fair at all.

No Customer Service
I bought a gift for my husband. The t-Shirt arrived with a hole before he even wore it. I have sent a return request twice within a little over a week and still got no replies. I sent the first request a day after the t-Shirt came in the mail. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Very disapp... I bought a gift for my husband. Hey there, i joined up and began making surf art for Redbubble, the shop did okay and i saw some sales. suddenly they shut my shop without reason and kept my earnings, total mess. i messaged support many times with no reply. don't shop there, they treat artists badly and hand out crumbs. stop art... Starting with this idea, the rules don’t meet what they should, especially about if a seller is shut down and about changes to terms and rules, including new fees for sellers starting in May this year. If you tell the EU ombudsmen, they could face a fine of 10% of earnings. A ban on some unfair platform tricks – like freezing or cutting off a seller’s account without clear reasons, not giving the terms in plain language, and not giving enough notice before changes. Final shut down must come with 30 days’ notice (with small exceptions). Rules to show how platforms and search sites rank things, and what main factors they use on their pages. Platforms must reveal any edge they give to their own products over others, and say what data they collect and how they share and use it. Most platforms, not the smallest, must set up an internal way to handle business complaints. They should offer mediation for businesses. If these rules aren’t used well, small sellers may miss what matters and how to fight back. Otherwise the plan may help big sites and hurt ordinary sellers too. Business groups can sue platforms for not following the rules. States can appoint public bodies with power to enforce. Businesses can complain to those bodies anyway.

VERY impressive!
I was impressed with how fast the DollyWood T-shirt arrived, especially since it shipped from the USA. The print and the fabric looked nice, and the quality was solid. Nice work, Redbubble.

The mugs aren't the best quality
Picked up some coasters and a mug as a Christmas gift. Delivery was quick, and I liked everything, especially the mug. This was for my boyfriend and he loved it, and has used it most mornings since. He mostly washes it in the sink, and sometimes in the dishwasher, and I'm sad to see that three mo... Picked up some coasters and a mug as a Christmas gift. Delivery was quick, and I liked everything, especially the mug. This was for my boyfriend and he loved it, and has used it most mornings since. He mostly washes it in the sink, and sometimes in the dishwasher, and I'm sad to see that three months on there's a scratch near the top and a few small chips at the base. This ruins the colouring. I had hoped it would last longer, so I'm unsure about recommending them
