Spent long hours chasing a reply about my order, using chat, call, and email. Nobody answered, so I'm left waiting with no update today.

Disapointed
Got a delivery note, then no one showed up. Had to pick a new time, yet they told me it wasn't entered right even with a confirmation text I got. This is the second mix-up with my order, so far.

Hip surgery - Recliner and great experience
After my hip replacement, I needed help getting in and out of seats. My wife visited the Patchogue spot, and the woman there could not have been nicer. She explained the options for chairs with lift assist clearly. No pressure at all to buy, and she let my wife compare choices and call me with up... After my hip replacement, I needed help getting in and out of seats. My wife visited the Patchogue spot, and the woman there could not have been nicer. She explained the options for chairs with lift assist clearly. No pressure at all to buy, and she let my wife compare choices and call me with updates. It turned into a really good visit, and the chair has helped a lot with my recovery after surgery. The staff kept checking in, and I felt steady sitting again today.
The furniture I ordered wasn't the color that came so I asked to swap and get a different one but they refused and I felt totally ignored

NO STARS FOR THE HELP DESK. I’m really upset and not happy with how this was handled. I was told someone would get back to me, and yet-nothing. No email, no call, no update. I keep seeing the same line, 'sorry to hear...please reach out,' why bother if nobody answers!!!!! I just want to know who is handling this and when please now. Next stop, HQ and the BBB

We have been back here before, and each time the service has stayed good, with all staff friendly. No pushy sales talk, just easy help and fair prices for everyone.

I would not suggest buying any furniture from this shop. We were after a new sofa and finally found one, and it arrived. Delivery guys sped in and out fast. A few days after, we found one arm wasn't attached. Sofa came in four parts and was tied up before shipping. I tried to snap it on myself, o... A few days after, we found one arm wasn't attached. Sofa came in four parts and was tied up before shipping. I tried to snap it on myself, only to see a support wrongly fitted. One screw sat halfway in, head chipped, another split the wood and kept dropping out. I rang about what I found; they asked for photos and said they'd call. It was a Friday and we never heard back. I called again next week; they said a tech must visit. Two weeks later, someone did come to check. He tried to pull the fabric apart and add wood for support. We felt that was wrong; we paid nice money for this couch to be patched. He agreed and said someone would reach us. Another week passes and no call. I ring again and they say the service is listed but no notes. They said his phone still bugs out and a new computer system makes things hard. The service dept said they'd ring me back. Probably I will have to call them again. This has been a living nightmare. Not to mention we paid for a sofa we can't use. I would never shop here again and tell you to do the same unless you want more back-and-forth with customer service if you have trouble. We know mistakes happen over time and lots of calls to fix it. Days turned into weeks and we waited, while they kept promising fix would come. Each call brought a different excuse, from tech issues to software, nothing fixed. We just wanted a usable couch, not another round of talking. Finally we stopped hearing anything until a bill showed up. If this is how they handle problems, I will tell friends to stay away. We wanted a fair fix and a real apology.

When I finally talked to someone at the store they said my delivery was moved to Monday 10/20/2025. When I asked for a guarantee they told me that if I didn't hear from them by Sunday night to call the store. The store is closed on Sunday. When I reminded them they were closed on Sunday they said to call back Monday morning. So now I have to call back on Monday morning after 10am and miss another day of work just in case they bring the furniture I already paid for. Utterly poor customer service and no common sense. This whole process has been frustrating.
Placed order a month back, finally got a delivery update for today, only to hear the shipment won't arrive until Saturday, sadly

I heard they were polite. Still, they did not remove the old mattress and box spring. No one asked. This feels really unprofessional. Raymour & Flanigan has not been a nice company to work with in the past. I would not tell others to use them because of poor customer service. The furniture is low quality. The mattress and box spring are claimed good by the maker, though really.
Scheduled delivery never showed up. Heard nothing after. I can't reach anyone by phone, chat, or email. I left several messages and asked for a call back, no reply. I won't buy from them again. I don't expect any help from this company. Poor service, all around.

Leased a couch almost a year ago
Signed a lease on a sofa about a year ago, just paid it off, nearly tripling the original price which isn’t even fair for what you get. It’s light and tips easily unless it sits against a wall. The back stays shaky since day one along with the arm pieces. The cushions don’t come off, so the cover... The back stays shaky since day one along with the arm pieces. The cushions don’t come off, so the covers never get washed, so I keep a cover on mine. Funny thing: this sofa isn’t listed on their site anymore. Worst furniture I’ve had, and I’ll still buy from them again! Even with all this, I’m annoyed!
