AVOID!!!!!

Total junk!! Nothing arrived, no word on shipment or tracking… thank goodness for PayPal, refund issued, disappointed today, really.

The art work and quality is shit…

That artwork and finish are junk, a total scam, don't waste your money. it takes forever to arrive, the finish is awful, this feels like a fraud.

Product arrived very late with all…

Item showed up far late, with torn packaging and the poster inside all marked. Even though it took ages to fix, they offered no compensation - not even sending an extra item I asked for, which would have cost them almost nothing. Really poor service.

Bought a keyring but it broke after the…

Grabbed a keychain but it snapped on day one. Also the image print seems like it could wear off the clear plastic it sits on pretty quick. Let down, since this was a gift.

Just received my t shirt I ordered

Just got the tee I ordered, I own plenty from this brand and they all look nice, but this one has wishy washy colours and shipped from Poland, and it took ages to arrive.

Rubbish t-shirt! Total waste of money !!!
After hunting for a 100% Cotton T-shirt with the M Sport badge, I placed the order on 15 September. It took 2 weeks to arrive! Quite rubbish quality, definitely NOT 100% cotton, probably 100% polyester!!!, and the neck hole is tight and not elastic. Overall, a total piece of unwearable garbage. A... Ordered a t shirt in August not here; 6 emails got no reply... What a poor company, beware if you order from these guys, you shouldn't expect 1st class service.

Cheap and nasty and certainly not worth…

Poor quality and junk, and honestly not worth waiting for it to arrive- avoid this site completely, ever again

Wrong goods received 😡

I waited some time for my order that was made with a name for a gift. Today I got items with completely the wrong names and images...so upset. I’ve emailed customer support, hoping for a reply. Still waiting now.

One star too generous

One star would be generous. Very poor indeed. Luckily I used PayPal, so I get a full refund for the item that never arrived. But printerval keeps emailing to sell more stuff online. Just forget it!

If I could rate it, I would. Crooks, all of them. I feel silly for buying from them. I should have checked before buying from scammers. They charge fees. They say returns work, but they don’t. Run.

Item now 2 weeks item not delivered past expected delivery…

Package arrived well past the promised date, and the tracking hasn't updated since. Customer support took ages to reply and they were slow to offer a refund. I won't buy from them again - stay away!! for good

Be Very Wary!
Package still not here, by the way. When I asked why there was a small extra charge of £1.12, I got told it's just a payment gateway fee, on top of the shirt price and £3.99 post. Mostly they promise refunds or exchanges, but it feels like they never follow through. I bought a hoodie for my niece's birthday and it was too small, so I asked to swap. They want a photo of the item with a tape measure and only when they decide it's wrong size do they refund. They say you must ... I did that, yet my online support ticket suddenly disappeared. The whole return process feels rigged and false, IMHO. When I heard they don't want returns but push charity, alarm bells rang. My ticket is gone and I can't ask why they never replied. I fear they may have just wiped it, which is exactly what they want. They clearly do not care. Avoid at all costs. If I can save someone else from this, I will. This kind of thing makes you feel ignored and stuck. I watched for a reply, but nothing came. After that, sending the item back seemed useless. They told me to give it away. That sounded like a trap to avoid refund. I doubt they will improve, so beware.

Will I Never Learn 😔
Looking back, I wish I checked this seller before I bought from them. I’ve had cheap goods and poor service from other shops in the past, I should have learned. Like many people I’ve seen online, I’ve been let down by the delivery time. I ordered two tshirts on August 2 for my grandson’s birthday... Like many people I’ve seen online, I’ve been let down by the delivery time. I ordered two tshirts on August 2 for my grandson’s birthday, thinking their 10-day ETA was real. His birthday has passed with no gift from his Nan. The tracking hasn’t moved since August 14 and Printervals' support team couldn’t care less. Reading other reviews, I fear my order will never show up. Why does this shop still exist? They don’t even apologise or reply to bad reviews. I can picture them chuckling when they read them. Shame on you Printerval. I trusted the promised delivery, waited, watched updates stall, and felt ignored by everyone answering the phone that day.

Actually ZERO stars

Honestly, this place earns ZERO stars. They keep taking my calendars and even my logo on back shows up there. They even took the video I shot. This place should be shut down for fraud, I think. Do not use them, beware!

If I could give them a zero

If I could rate them as zero, I would. Worst shop I have ever bought from. It took a month to receive the shirt. That shirt was the wrong size. I tried to return it for a better fit, but they had no clue about the order. Never order from them ever again, please!!!

Take note of the bad reviews

If only I checked these reviews, I would have skipped ordering. They slyly tack on an 'Other fee' on the bill. It took over 16 days to arrive. Luckily it did fit, but the size is small. Print on the shirt is dull, not bright like the picture. I won't buy from this company again, for real, really.

Bad sizing, refund problems

I bought two Medium tees. They showed up with wrong size, more like Small. Customer support said it was “within tolerance”, so I got less than half back even though both shirts were useless and I felt cheated overall.
