The service is awful; they say the chat can reach the delivery person, but that isn't true.
My parcel was sent from the Netherlands toward Estonia twice, and after about a week in the Netherlands it was sent back to the sender, with a note claiming it holds prohibited goods. The status of the package sent by the other Dutch company is "cancelled" and it has been in an unknown location for 8 days. I would gladly give -5 points if I could. It seems that PostNL is still living in the Stone Age. Honestly, it needs to improve.
i would drop this to no stars if i could the food box said to arrive on 16 oct, but it keeps getting pushed back with no reason, now it's 21 oct and there is no sign where it is! And on top, you cannot reach any real support or help, ever

We remained in the office from 2h30 PM until 5 PM, because the package was expected in that window, per PostNL email. Nobody called or rang, and finally the parcel sat on top of the mailboxes in the hall by the building entrance when we left. It could have been taken by anyone walking by. Why did... This is not true—I was at home when their attempt happened, and no one tried delivery or left any note. The lack of effort and zero notification from PostNL is unacceptable. Because they didn't tell me and didn't even try to deliver, I spent a whole week waiting for something I really needed. This kind of customer care is awful, and it ruined my plans completely. I would warn others to think twice before relying on PostNL for deliveries. I expected clear help, not a shrug. My issue stayed open and the date moved further away. Really poor service from them.
Delivery failed, sent back to sender, no note or option to pick it up. Not just rude, but narrow minded. The parcel is heading back across the globe. What a waste! Tell distant sellers to avoid using PostNL. No one even left a note or sent an update there.

I messaged support and that person, either woman or man, simply said it went to that point and then closed the chat when I asked how I would get there if it's so far. That’s how they operate. I feel that how services are shown in a country reflects its face. Is this the face of our country? Rude, disrespectful, careless? Firms here keep tolerating this kind of treatment, staying chill instead of quitting and dumping this business that makes customers feel dumb. All reviews, comments, and messages get ignored since they know customers won’t push back and will just keep using their services. And these lazy folks who can’t even do their job properly will keep their pay, for doing almost nothing. Update: I’ve checked the newest reviews and this whole thing is sad. I think people should send messages to the shops they buy from, asking them to stop using postnl as a delivery choice. If not, this firm will keep treating customers badly. Like always, change only comes if a big voice speaks up, and we, regular folks, can only put up with it till then. People I know share the same story, and they feel ignored too. If this goes on, I will stop using their services and warn others to avoid them.

The only help option is the phone, and because I'm in a different time zone, reaching them is hard. They also pulled Facebook, Twitter, and every other channel. That sums up the issue: poor service, and it makes it tougher for customers to fix problems, saving the firm some staff. In short, I paid for a service that never truly happened.
Skipped work to grab my parcel. Yet the driver didn't even knock or ring. They marked it as sent to a POSTNL pickup. Such a load of crap.

A lot of people already mentioned it, tracking shows “delivered” but nobody found any drop-off anywhere, today anyway…

Post.NL 10 DHL 1
i get parcels from Post.Nl and DHL. post.NL is announced on time by Post.NL friendly delivery guy also, i have to pick up a package. i live in the middle of a busy city, which is worrying me, especially when the Center is car-free. Post, NL 10 DHL 1.

Terrible customer service
Very bad help from support. A signed for parcel was sent costing 12 euro's, sadly. It went to a pickup spot the recipient can't reach, and they did nothing about it. Waste of money and time. The help desk person refused to help.

Package never reached me, sadly. Delivery person left it somewhere and claimed it was delivered when, really, he DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME !

This firm is a mess. I wait for a parcel and every day I see a new tracking note. They cannot drop my parcel at the point? The point said it wasn't there. The tracker says it is. POSNL remains awful.
I'm having trouble with Eeklo deliveries. It says the package arrived, but it's not here. Either I'm stealing it or something else. Two packages in two days again!
