Ignoring customers and lack of willingness to refund duplicated payment.
At the P&C online shop I faced a duplicate payment for the same order and shipment. The main cause was that the site did not accept the first payment by instant transfer, so they told me to pay another way, which I did. The second payment went through with my card. The main cause was that the site did not accept the first payment by instant transfer, so they told me to pay another way, which I did. The second payment went through with my card. The point is both payments came from my bank, and the shop ended up getting two payments for the same items. Such things can happen, but I expected understanding, help, and a quick fix. Instead, I found disrespect, ignore, and a lack of care in my case. Despite several tries to explain, many calls to their support, sending bank receipts for both payments, all my efforts went nowhere, and I got only silence in return. I sent bank proofs many times, hoping for a real fix, but every reply was vague and slow, and the refunds did not arrive. To sum up, I want to warn others about the poor state of P&C customer help and the lack of any will to aid a buyer in need. They just do not care! Shame on you P&C! I am not surprised, sadly!

Hi everyone! :) I often see nice stuff here. The first item is a princess blue kleid, the second a sky blue mesh cocktail kleid for ceremonies, from evening mode marque Jake's, for receptions, fashion shows. Other pieces I got here are long evening cocktail dresses, Mango brand. The price is affordable, at 10 €/stuck. What I got here are some good quality hoodies in cotton with Rheinstones, brand name Review, color dark grey, black and flieder. In the bag, there is also the hoodie with the crying Mary print, in color snow white. My tip is to use 100% cotton for clothes, which is not as harmful as polyester is. Synthethical clothes give allergic reactions to some skin types, also bring oncological diseases. The t-shirts i buy here for 9€ are the best cotton quality on the market, fabric size Oversized, size XL (DE)/50-52(EU/RU), casual style, perfect to wear at work with black sweatpants. My three favourites are: the 96 years pigeons Review in color black, the ballerina pink Karl Kani cotton t-shirt and the black Rheinstones Cotton Review t-shirt with big letters. A nice jacket I grabbed in store is the coffee winter jacket fully covered with Rheinstones, perfect for rainy and cold weather. As a customer, i am very happy to own these things and wear them at work. Another jacket i have here is a long elegant black winter wool coat, great for office or embassy, also job interviews for high class society. For cold weather clothes we have Sugar Pink Gerry Webber jacket, fucsia jacket, light cashmere beige Yessica jacket, dark blue Christian Berg Women long jacket. All these brands are the best brands in the store. For accessories i have a small light blue Valentino bag, a gold Valentino pouch and a black Calvin Klein bag. I find them very pretty and fashionable for job interviews. Another bag perfect for going out is the Tommy Hilfiger bag, my favorite, because it goes with every office outfit. You can pair it with the yellow Calvin Klein scarf, which goes well with all black outfits and black CK trainers. I bought them for the top price of 35€, a long time ago. The design is nice and appealing. Hope you enjoy these finds.

Incompetent customer service - faulty system
That company's support team is a real joke! They can't grasp issues right away, so they can't fix them. I bought a blazer, and when I saw the email saying it had shipped, I found a key part of my address was missing, even though my account shows the full address and the PayPal receipt I got also ... (according to Paypal rules, they have to ship to the address stated in PayPal payment receipt). Their online system obviously has a defect as it leaves out important parts of the delivery address. I immediately wrote to them, advising them of this. Do you think that they were able to contact DHL and amend their error? Oh no, too difficult. Obviously, due to the error, DHL was not able to deliver my parcel. This is the second time this happens with this company. Totally incompetent customer service!! I will now respond to your reply below. I will not remove and/or amend my review as my review is 100% correct. I will now repeat it for you in simple terms, hoping that you will now understand: Purchase online. Payment with PayPal. FULL delivery address selected as time of payment and such address clearly stated on PayPal receipt (I too have a copy of the same). Your company used DHL to deliver purchase. DHL shipping label DOES/DID NOT have FULL delivery address as stated in PayPal payment receipt (in fact, it has important information missing). Therefore, shipment could not be delivered. Is it clear now that the fault is yours or your IT team's, whichever makes DHL labels? At no time whatsoever, did I ask for address to be changed. I asked you to rectify your error! There is a big difference. Furthermore, I asked you to send me a copy of the DHL shipping label via email. To date, you have not done this. You have just conveniently ignored my request as you know that what I am saying is true i.e. DHL shipping label does not have FULL delivery address as stated in PayPal receipt. We have spoken with DHL and know this to be a fact! A totally incompetent customer service. Even now, you still can't see where the problem is, you write a big pile of mistakes in your reply and tell me my review is wrong when I have solid proof to back up what I wrote. This just shows more that my claim is right about your help desk, and they can't get what the real problem is. Until they fix their systems, I will keep sharing my experience so others don’t waste time. I expect real help, not more excuses. If they want my business back, they should fix the address data and give the DHL label clearly. Until then, I stand by my review as true. That is my clear and final take. today. Never got my money back
Terrible help from support. I ordered one item that arrived damaged. We agreed I could keep it and get a 15 EUR refund (out of 89 EUR original price). Since November I still have not gotten my refund. I also heard nothing after my messages. Every message got ignored, and I waited weeks and months... Terrible help from support. I could give minus if I can

If I could, I'd drop this rating. The support team should be fired ☺️ They don’t know CS skills, but they love shaming clients who don’t speak German. I’ll never order from P&K, and I won’t visit their store either. Ciao. Hope you learn nothing useful.

Second hand product

I spent 150€ on a Ralph Lauren sweatshirt and ended up with a shirt missing its tag, hair on the outside, and it smells like someone wore it for a long time!!! Don't waste your money on this "flea market" today, bad experience overall.

DON'T BOTHER BUYING ONLINE
I wish I could drop zero stars. I wish I had read the reviews before, but who expects that a real, nice shop you visit and enjoy could give a so awful online run and waste your time and cash. I bought a hat, just a hat, on 10.10.2022 with the claim it would arrive (as normal) in 2-3 days. First, ... I wish I could drop zero stars. I bought a hat, just a hat, on 10.10.2022 with the claim it would arrive (as normal) in 2-3 days. First, what kind of silly site doesn't ask for a phone number? Huh? Things just happen. With me, DHL couldn't find anyone at the address and chose not to drop the tiny hat in the postbox, saying there was no box—but there is, with my name. Another issue was DHL's part—I did add a phone number to the address so they could call, but apparently that's hard, yeah, let's just send it back to the shipper, seems easier. Meanwhile I keep getting Dutch Peek & Cloppenburg emails about my order, I barely understand them and send many emails hoping to say I still want the item I ORDERED (who would have known...). But surprise, they never answer, they keep not replying, just auto-mails about my order being set for a return. I did want the hat, there were few left; I knew if they process the return someone else could buy it and I would lose it. Now PayPal shows a refund, BUT THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, so where is that refund at? Now, I'll wait, as I have been, and know refunds take time to show in the account. Still, that doesn't fix or help with any of the issues above. Sadly they won't read this or lift a finger for customers. By now I doubt they know English, since they ignore my emails, no English site, no friendly emails, nothing. And if that's true, just quit selling and make it easy for people. People, don't buy from this shop, don't even step inside, from other reviews and the deals, maybe the place will shut soon, so let's push it and save folks' nerves and money :). Back in person the shop felt fine, calm, easy and friendly, yet the online side did not care. I wanted a clear answer and a real update, not cold auto-mails. Each message looked the same, and the language thing made it hard to know what they meant. I kept checking PayPal and my bank, hoping for a fast fix, but nothing happened. I tried one more time to call, but the line was quiet and the options were not in English. The date kept slipping, the hat got lost in a pile of returns. I kept thinking maybe a mistake could be fixed if someone cared. But no one did. So I write this anyway.

i ordered a dress and soon i wanted to cancel the order. two days later they brag about fast(!) deliveries and say the order has left the warehouse. days after that i asked for at least a tracking number so i could follow, because i was about to travel, and they said they were busy and could not ... i ordered a dress and soon i wanted to cancel the order. two days later they brag about fast(!) deliveries and say the order has left the warehouse. days after that i asked for at least a tracking number so i could follow, because i was about to travel, and they said they were busy and could not send it yet, then i reminded them about my cancel request and their last reply. silence since then. i am on vacation and i dont know where the dress sits or if i will get it back. i ordered it on 12 june and now it is 29 june. especially if you are in a rush, don't trust the 2-4 day delivery myth. terrible customer service and terrible experience. if you still want to buy something, just go to the shop, not online. unfortunately i read the reviews after my purchase. i am now looking for ways to file an official complaint if they keep staying quiet. i want answers, a refund, and real help before i tell more people about this.

I did not receive the pullover i ordered a month ago, and i did not get my money back after 8 calls where they kept me waiting 12 minutes just to tell me nothing, and several emails.

Lithuanian market is like for banana republic
Had a very bad time choosing in a Lithuanian shop, and I looked online to find socks I liked. So I went to the local store to buy them, but they said that kind of socks is only for the German market?! No service, but slow like turtles
Got a 10% coupon for two items. Three days later they sent a 20% coupon to everyone. They want returns on both items and a new order instead of giving the extra 10% to the current order. And we talk about just 5 euros, not 500. Money stuff not clear and their eco talk makes no sense to me! Still... Got a 10% coupon for two items. Three days later they sent a 20% coupon to everyone. The first order was fine, but when you think about the second, you guys do not deserve any customers at all! So there will be no next order, so just keep your vouchers.. I will not shop here again.

NIE WIEDER

Bought 2 pairs of pricey HILFIGER shorts. One item came in the right size but the color was wrong, the other one was the wrong size. Delivery stretched to 12 days. NEVER AGAIN and some folks should try cutting fish in a factory, not selling clothes, for real.
