I recently found out about this company… I5-12400F RTX 4060
While browsing for a ready-made PC at the market, I ran into this shop and decided to pick theirs. First off, the price range, the way they group products, and the overall selection were nice compared to others. First off, the price range, the way they group products, and the overall selection were nice compared to others. I worried at first that they didn't let me swap things like the motherboard or CPU/GPU the way some sites do, but when I messaged on WhatsApp about changing one part, they did it fast and sent a link that fits perfectly and adds a more human touch. The box came well packed, with care and good protection, and it arrived in 12 working days. As for the PC, I ordered an i5-12400f with a RTX 4060 and it's amazing. It's only been 4 days, and I'm playing all my FPS games at 1440p (2k) with not less than 170fps, which my 165Hz monitor needs. So this rig met my hopes, built cleanly, looks decent, and even though I skipped Windows to install it myself, the builders thought of a few things to make the setup easy. P.S. I didn't know Italian, but that didn't stop me from chatting with them using translation. A big thanks to the WhatsApp chat support for answering questions about my order and delivery. Five stars all around! The build looks clean with tidy cables, and the case opening was straightforward, which saved me a lot of setup time. I also appreciated that they kept me posted on shipping steps and expected dates, which made me feel confident about the whole thing. Delivery was smooth and on time, very reliable indeed.

Shipping went smoothly and the packaging was fine; I even added the extra delivery insurance since I know issues can pop up beyond the seller's control, so I was glad to be offered it. It could have been five stars, but the delivery timeframe details felt a bit tucked away (terms and conditions point 12), basically it's 12-15 days after payment. Happy to wait, but an email confirming the expected date would have helped. Overall I'd buy from them again for future purchases. Just a note in English in case someone who doesn't speak Italian is hunting for a PC. Prices were fair and choices plenty, and setting it up was simple, with quick replies from support when I asked questions. Thanks again.
