That was the worst ever. They were supposed to deliver Zara items twice, and the delivery failed both times. The guys either threw the bags or left them somewhere random, and they wrote « package delivred », what a mess. 0 star, for real.

If I could give this courier a -1 star, I would. They moved the delivery time without any notice or messages. Also, I want SHEIN to drop PAACK as a delivery option. They ignored my delivery notes and then tried to stall me with, 'we'll have the courier drop it off today,' and of course they didn't. Support is really not there.

The most terrible delivery company
Terrible delivery service, by far the worst! On delivery day, they said they couldn't find me. I stayed home all day, yet they never called my number. If you want to not ruin your day, stay away from using them. It completely ruined my mood and plans that day anyway.

I ordered two pricey items from Amazon, total came to €1399 and it was dropped at an unknown location. Tracking number is T10BmFzJN_1. Usually they bring every order right to my door, no problems. Things went wrong from start. I waited all day for the first two attempts and nothing arrived. To make it worse I got an email saying someone rang the bell but no one was home. On the third try they again didn’t show up, and I received another email saying they couldn’t locate the house! Early on... Things went wrong from start. Early on I shared my number with the courier and asked them to call if there were problems. They never rang back. This was an Amazon delivery. I think the first two misses were fake, just to tick Amazon’s speed checks for on-time delivery. The final miss, when they couldn’t find the house, is hard to explain since I live in a tiny village with few streets! At this point I doubt they care, and I will think twice before using them again. Customer service never helped either.
They claim my address is wrong, yet I ship to it all the time and other orders go smooth. This has happened twice now. Customer help is non existent. It takes a week to reschedule a delivery.

I tried to check my order on Paack's site, but for three days I only saw the message 'Unexpected Server Error'. That left me with no way to make changes except talking to chat bots. I spoke to the chat bot to switch my delivery to a different pickup point because the first one was shut. They told me the pickup point could not be changed and they would keep trying to deliver, even to a business that might not exist anymore. That seems obvious: I might never get my package. I kept explaining to the bots that I needed a real human help and a live person to fix this. But Paack did not give me any way to reach a human, so I could only contact the original seller and hope they can sort it. Honestly, it is embarrassing for any delivery service to be this slow in our connected world. You want nothing to do with my package, and I want it to arrive, so heres a thought.. Call me. If I am not at home, I can ask a neighbour or a friend nearby to meet the courier. I gave them my number with the order, so why not call? Now I’ve reached out to the seller again hoping they can fix this. It's a letdown to see a company this late in a world that stays so connected. You say you don't want my package anymore, and I still want it to arrive. So here is a simple idea: call me, then arrange delivery when I can be home. I already gave the seller my contact number, so what is the point? Please rewrite this review in a new way while keeping the same voice, tone, and result.
