Even 1 star is too much for them.
One star just isn’t enough for this place. I ordered online and waited for a full month without getting it, while support said UPS lost the package, but UPS tracking shows it was sent back to the sender. They issued a refund without asking me first, I only wanted the item. Guess what, after more ... One star just isn’t enough for this place. I ordered online and waited for a full month without getting it, while support said UPS lost the package, but UPS tracking shows it was sent back to the sender. They issued a refund without asking me first, I only wanted the item. Guess what, after more than a week I still don’t have the complete refund. The whole online experience is really disappointing for online buyers!

Customer service is a chore not a priority
At the Vatican branch, staff kept chatting by the till for ages instead of serving. When I asked if the tills were closed, the worker said no, pay here, but she and her coworker kept talking for a few more minutes without helping, and they showed no hurry to take my money. Customer care felt like a chore, not a priority. I left disappointed and unsure why today.

very rude behaviour they didn't open…
very rude attitude, they didn't open the door for me since I had my labrador with me. they could have opened it and said that dogs aren't allowed to enter today.

Rude staff
Some items there are nice, but the rude and unfriendly staff keeps me from coming back. When I spoke to them in English, they assumed I couldn't understand Italian and insulted me, which gave me a very bad feel about the place and I won't return.

The vibe felt welcoming, and the team were super friendly and helpful. I came in looking for a new closet for a trip, and they helped me pick pieces that mix well. They offered outfits that felt versatile, easy to mix and match. The quality of the clothes is great, and I liked their mix of trend... EXTREMELY rude staff
The store staffer was very rude to me while I tried on clothes this Saturday. There was a long line in the ladies' fitting room, so I moved to the men's empty one and she yelled at me!! She strode across the shop to yell at me in a loud voice. Later other women did the same and she was nice to th... The store staffer was very rude to me while I tried on clothes this Saturday. There was a long line in the ladies' fitting room, so I moved to the men's empty one and she yelled at me!! She strode across the shop to yell at me in a loud voice. Later other women did the same and she was nice to them but kept being rude to me, saying mean things and insisting what we did was wrong, even though others did the same and she was nice to them. She even came up to me while I waited to pay to keep arguing with me! She raised her voice and yelled more at me, and kept interrupting, touching my arm and making it worse. It was truly a terrible experience. I left feeling tired and upset about the visit.

NEVER AGAIN !
Placed an order over 300 euros. I paid 10 Eur for express shipping. They said a different delivery date at payment than in the order mail (3 days later). They still could not meet it. The goods came in 3 boxes, with the last one arriving a full week later than promised. Three items are still miss... Placed an order over 300 euros. I paid 10 Eur for express shipping. The goods came in 3 boxes, with the last one arriving a full week later than promised. Three items are still missing after 3 weeks, and I hear nothing about the missing items. Customer support did not answer any of my five emails. The express shipping fee was never refunded, so I paid for service I never got, which feels like stealing to me. I don’t get why they say they have a support team.

Weak excuses for not enforcing what they actually said, "La prosima client". Really poor customer service at the OVS Saronno Piazza Liberia. I left annoyed and doubtful I will return anytime soon. No apology, just more waiting there.

Took my money then said items I ordered were “out of stock”, no refund, SCAM
They charged me for stuff that was out of stock, and now they dodge every email and call. I ordered two things from this site. They charged me first. Nice clothes, but terrible service. A year ago I bought online from them and the order arrived late and I got the wrong sizes of what I ordered. I placed another order with them a month ago and it still has not arrived! I message them every day and it is always a different person who tells me the... Nice clothes, but terrible service. They are awful and it feels odd because they are a huge, commercial shop in Italy and their site looks nice and organized-not shady at all. Looks can fool you, for sure! Something must change, or refunds will follow.

absolutely disgusted by OVS, never shopping there again. my sister and i went to the store, tried a few things, and when we saw they weren't for us we left empty handed. as we stepped out, a security guard chased us and yelled, claiming we took something. i didn’t think he even worked for OVS sin... absolutely disgusted by OVS, never shopping there again. my sister and i went to the store, tried a few things, and when we saw they weren't for us we left empty handed. as we stepped out, a security guard chased us and yelled, claiming we took something. i didn’t think he even worked for OVS since there was no badge, and i feared he might be a bad person, so i told my sister to stay close and to run if needed. he warned he would call the cops after we refused to walk along with him, and we offered to show our bag, but he said to go to the shop anyway. we felt uneasy and kept a little distance, like ten steps ahead, unsure what was going on. inside, the man at the front desk told the guard not to let us leave, which shocked me. we showed we had nothing, yet he doubted us, pulled out clothes and asked why there was a tag in a pocket. we said we did not put it there. he threatened to call the police or to make us reveal any stolen goods. since we had nothing, we cried, and there was no reason to doubt us because our bag was clean. after saying he would call the police many times and insisting we had something, he finally let us go. we are just kids, very sad, and i swear i will not walk back into that place. we did not steal anything, so we cried out of fear and felt small in that big shop. the whole scene left us scared to speak and unsure who to trust in a place we used to like. we walked away slowly, holding back tears, and the door shut behind us with cold air. if anyone asks, i will tell them we did nothing and that we were scared. i hope no one else has to go through this. we are still kids, and this hurt.

Customer Service and system is corrupted
On December 9 I ordered items, and I was told they would arrive Christmas. But not only did they miss date, it ended up being December 30 after I asked for a cancellation. I told them to cancel, and after the postman came here, I refused the delivery. Yet OVS still hasn’t given my money back. I e... Princess who works in Abu Dhabi mall…
That girl at the Abu Dhabi mall branch handled customers badly and with rudeness, worst I’ve seen. She clearly isn’t fit for this brand, and her lack of professional skill shows. She ignores customers and acts careless. She deserves to be fired today, not tomorrow. I won’t buy from here while she... There is never anybody in the store to…
Nobody's ever around to help in the shop. Cash desks on most floors stay shut. You wait in a long line to check out on the lowest level today.

Placed an order with ovsfashion and never got items. I messaged via email and chat, but got no reply. After weeks, the order showed refunded, and I did see the money come back few days later. No reason given, just silence...

Got 2 shirts and 1 polo from ovsfashion.com on March 7. It came from Italy to Denmark by UPS on March 12, with no mistakes — everything perfectly matched the sizes I ordered.

Staff training
While I waited to pay, a rude guy cut in front of me. They need to train their staff to keep order and let customers show common manners, like in a civilised country. The cashier carried on and served the man, ignoring my complaints. I spoke up, but it felt like nothing mattered that day.
