Advertising about cost could be clearer
Honestly, the service feels solid, but the ads mislead. You expect it to stay near $125, yet that price hides a monthly plan that charges until you spend about $2,000. The page ad should be clearer. Honesty is the Best Policy
Honestly, I rate them too high because they never got a chance to perform. They pull all details together and offer an honest suggestion even if that keeps them from doing the work. Rare. Still, they have skill and work know-how.

Professionalism at its finest.
The team who showed up, Mario, Dan, Fredy, Margarito, Joe and Domingo, were very capable and did a solid job. What was meant to be three days only took them two days. They did very well with everything
They handled everything well enough, and we are happy with the work. The crew who came to our house was Gabriel (supervisor), Gerardo, Leonardo, Trujillo, and Odilio. We had one wall in the basement finished and our sump pump moved. We are in Wichita, ks, near WSU. Gabriel kept us posted and list... These people are not professionals
Almost everything went wrong, really. I blamed tree roots at first, and they swore it wasn't. But it was. Shouldn't have ignored what I knew. Now there are more problems than before they came. Poor issues with the office help. They said they'd come and did not show up. Making excuses. New managem... Almost everything went wrong, really. I blamed tree roots at first, and they swore it wasn't. But it was. Shouldn't have ignored what I knew. Now there are more problems than before they came. Poor issues with the office help. They said they'd come and did not show up. Making excuses. New management somehow mattered to me at the time. They left a trench in my yard after I asked about a root barrier. They dug where it would do no good. Just left a trench. So many lies, excuses, no-shows, and more trouble now. I waited a long time to write this, because it wore me out. Do not use these people. And then they had the nerve to ask me to refer them. This company texted the day they read my review for more info. I answered within hours. Shows you what kind of customer service they have. Don't they keep a file on their customers? Haven't heard another word.

Olsham's team came by to check my foundation after I noticed cracks in a few tiles. Les walked through every part, top to bottom, with solid care. What stood out was how honest and knowledgeable he seemed. I didn't need any fixes, but he offered smart tips to help stop future problems. Finding a ... Long ago Olshan fixed my foundation, about 30 years back, and I remember the team that came out and the people in the office were awesome! I have had no issues since. Fifteen years ago I added a room and patio to my house, and since then I faced some foundation problems. I called Olshan, and everyone was great! Scarlett showed up to check my place, and as she laid out what they would do, how it would help, and why I needed the repair, I felt at ease and knew she wasn’t trying to scare me. She was awesome! The crew, Joe Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Caldelenio Carlos Soto, and Joseph Clay, worked hard on the job. They walked me through the steps both days! I am very pleased with Olshan. It was pricey but a solid lifetime investment, especially for the structure of the home! You get what you pay for! Thanks, Olshan Team!! I would suggest Olshan anytime.

Today, after the test, Mr. Aaron Pelletier, a certified structural technician, told me there are no problems with my house foundation at all. I am shocked. How different one company can be from another! I strongly recommend this to everyone.
