Birthday dress save me!

Got a dress order on Saturday, it showed up in hands by Tuesday. ups express did a nice delivery, quick and easy. My birthday is still safe!

Honestly, Oh Polly left me unhappy with my order. I bought a dress that looked pretty online, but it fell apart after only a few light wears. I spent about £90 on a dress from Oh Polly and it came apart after just a few hours of easy wear. When I reached out to support, they started with a 20% refund, then raised it to 30% after I pushed back, still not giving back all my money though the dress was faulty. They said it was wear and tear, which is not okay for something worn once. They said they would ignore more messages, forcing me to take a replacement I don’t want. Nice designs, but the quality and help from customer care are very poor. I won’t buy again until Oh Polly owns up to the durability of its items. That was really disappointing.

customer service lacking-broken dress
My daughter's dress split while still new with the tag. The strap snapped in two as she tried it on for the second time to pick shoes. I bought this dress over five weeks before her homecoming, and now we are less than two weeks out. I wrongly thought a shop selling a $200+ dress would rush a rep... I bought this dress over five weeks before her homecoming, and now we are less than two weeks out. I wrongly thought a shop selling a $200+ dress would rush a replacement and let me return it. That wasn't true; they offered a 20% discount, which wouldn't even cover a seamstress, not counting my time and gas for driving forty minutes each way. I asked for a supervisor in my second email and never got one. I said I was disappointed with how this was being handled and that the service wasn't the level I expected, but they ignored it. Just know if you have a problem, they will push you aside and you end up trying to fix it on your own. Between the broken strap and the wait, I felt stressed about the event and missed a few plans. I wish they had stepped up with real help instead of excuses, because now I can't trust this shop for big purchases.
