Catastrophic delivery delays and customer service
We ordered the table and chairs in August, and by October only the chairs arrived after a full month, while the table never showed. Customer service looked stretched and did not reply to emails. The second batch of chairs we got is hard to assemble because the screws and bolts are inadequate. Sta... I paid €30 for express shipping (2–7 days). The table arrived after nearly three weeks. At first, I got a message saying it would arrive on October 14 (15 days after I ordered). The table itself looks decent and was well packed, which is nice. I feel let down by the service.
We had a decent run with Northdeco: one item arrived broken, not their fault, but they sent a replacement quickly and smoothly. Honestly, I think Northdeco sometimes gets busy, but they fixed things well, which matters more than having nothing solved. That gesture made us feel taken care of, and ... Chairs I ordered have not shown up yet here. I waited for ages, they were due, but I got no reply about where they sit. Now I've paid, but I still haven't got any of them. Disaster today!

Nice item, but slow service and empty promises about delivery on the site. I never got a confirmation email for my purchase, and I wrote to support. No reply, and after a week I finally received a notice that it was shipped. Then it hung in a warehouse for another couple of weeks before it arrive... I would only buy from Northdeco if you really want the product and can tolerate weeks of waiting with almost no tracking or updates on your order. I hoped for better service, but this was it.
Getting in touch was awkward and slow, but very helpful. Even though I paused the order for a while, the chair shipped when I asked. Looking back, that was a mistake, sadly. Amazing shop
Nice shop, for sure, too. I bought a few chairs, they look beautiful. One chair arrived with a damaged piece during transit. I asked if they could send the missing bit, but they sent a whole new chair! Great service and a nice shop! :)

Horrible - Damaged Item Received & Poor Customer Service
Terrible experience. The item came damaged, and it took four days for anyone to reply to me. The support team kept poor updates, and I heard back slowly, with crumbs of info days apart. There was no real help when the item finally showed up late, nearly a month after I bought it, and they warned ... Terrible experience.
