From top to flop in just a few short weeks. Big trouble handling traffic on the site. Very long waits in support. Thinking about switching to Saxo these days.

Very easy to use app and ideal for…
App is simple to use and friendly for new investors. It would help a lot if there was a desktop English version, plus a way to set dates or periods to watch how investments perform over time. That helps with comparing results.

Stay away from Nordnet if you want a fair broker. They tack on several fees that aren’t explained in the rules or contracts, and these charges often don’t line up with what I did. Getting through to support is tough, and when you hear back, explanations are usually fuzzy. I ended up paying more than I planned because of hidden fees, which makes investing with Nordnet frustrating and pricey. Hidden fees made me doubt their honesty and fairness. Choose a platform with clear pricing and real transparency!

Not a simple and useful platform. No support
Been with Nordnet for years to trade, but the site isn't very bright or simple. When I tried to set up a transfer for my grandkids, nothing worked. The process dragged on: first a full month to get a power of attorney, and still the transfer wouldn't go through. Help from the support team was poo... The process dragged on: first a full month to get a power of attorney, and still the transfer wouldn't go through. Help from the support team was poor. I nearly quit and moved the money for my five grandkids to another service. Couldn't keep trusting it with family funds.
Nice platform, no issues at all. Been using it for 5 years. Support helps.

Friendly interface, easy to use trading platform
Been using Nordnet for over two years now, with no problems at all. Their support team is solid, trading fees are fair, and the site feels easy to use. The one small snag is the knowledge tests for buying complex stock types or funds, since they’re only in Danish, making financial terms tough to ... Overall, I’d say Nordnet is worth it, and I don’t get why people get so wound up about it on here in my view!
I put $2000 into nordnet, sure it would be fine, but the cash vanished, and their help said nothing could be done, which I then filed with Rose Lane (GP) Limited for their intervention, and I felt let down.

Nordnet is awfull
Nordnet seems one of the nicer trading sites here in the Nordic area, but it isn’t free of problems. Every other platform I check out seems to use odd tricks to cheat you, as a source once hinted, the stock game makes crooks look clean. I’m retired so I have little else to do than learn day trad... I’m retired so I have little else to do than learn day trading, and Nordnet isn’t really fit for me. One big issue is that you can’t scalp because deals from the day aren’t updated until the next day, so you’re stuck until tomorrow and that isn’t how scalp trading should work. Fees for trades aren’t a big deal if I get instant updates, quick access and fast execution, but Nordnet lacks those, and there’s no extended-hours trading either. My view is Nordnet is ONLY good if I want to hold a trade long. On other sites I found faster updates and after hours trading, and that makes Nordnet look slow when I want to move fast in the day, which is not how I trade.

Signed up and waited over a month to have my account active. Not cool for a digital-first broker to drag that long. On the phone, support could not say when it would finish. I expected help, not excuses. Waiting every day is really frustrating. Hope it fixes.

Also there is a window when opening an account to invest without fees. I missed that chance because I'm waiting on them, and now they say it isn't their problem. Customer satisfaction isn't a priority, which ofc is a fair call they made. But as a customer I wish I'd been told in advance. I had hoped for a quick fix, but it dragged on and I felt ignored. Now that time is gone, the chance to invest for free is gone too, altogether.
Want to get ripped off legally, then buy shares with nordnet.. very poor spot for investment anyway

Worst customer service ever
Terrible customer service, period! For six months I have tried to open an account for my under age son. It won’t work, and nobody seems to care. Bad experience overall.

Slowest customer service in the universe :)
Customer service here moves slow and never helps quickly. I asked to close one account on May 7, they said ten to fifteen days, and it's still not closed, very unprofessional. When I call, they say they will pass my note to the team who handles closings, because they can't do more. I kept calling... Customer service here moves slow and never helps quickly. I kept calling and waiting, and nothing changed at all for days. great :) For a quick example, SAXO finished the same kind of account in just 2 days.
Still waiting 7 days for my account approval to arrive

Dont trust their certificates
Avoid trusting their certificates. Do not buy the bull/bear notes from Nordnet. They pull the plug when you try to sell anyway.

Just terrible.
The platform is BS and expensive. Support is a joke. They act like they care but do nothing and F’em over. Look somewhere else for your trading money. I am. Find another place for your funds anyway.

Why in 2024 does it still take ten days or more to open a Danish EU account? If joining takes forever, I can only think how long it would take to pull cash from Nordnet, close the account, or do anything not in the company's interests. Looks like Saxo owns the moment now.
