I have been using their company for…

Been shopping with them for over two years, but I am fed up with their customer service. My latest order never showed up ( Evri ) and I sent Na-kd three emails already with no reply!! I just want a refund, hard to reach someone and get money back for a lost package these days.

Unable to return items - not able to contact company.

Have bought from this site three times so far. Tried returning two items but the system won't accept my email and blocks me from sending a message. There's no other way to reach them. This feels unfair to shop with. After ordering three times, I can't get help.

Discounted item cancelled as it is out of stock, but it is still available on their website in full price instead
I placed my order during their BIG SALE on October 16, and at first everything looked fine. Then on the 17th I got an email saying the item I wanted most was out of stock. It sold out so fast the system couldn't update in time, so they refunded me and sent a shipping voucher. I felt frustrated an... I felt frustrated and started checking their site again on the evening of the 18th for a replacement, mind you, two days after my order. There I found the SAME item, same size, still a few left, but now listed at FULL PRICE, double what I paid. I could still add it to my cart and buy it if I chose, but it felt off. That makes me wonder why you discount something then keep it in stock as a full price later, seems shady. I don't want the voucher, and I'm even thinking about refusing my whole order because I feel betrayed by the brand. All I want is to get the item I ordered at the price I ordered, that's only fair, right? Thanks for listening. It felt dishonest to see the same item still available online after they claimed it vanished from stock. The refund came through quickly, and the voucher rang as a small gesture, but it didn't fix what I wanted. I'm not asking for a big difference, just the item at the price I saw it offered during the sale. If they can't do that, I'd rather cancel the whole thing and buy elsewhere. Thanks again.

So frustrating
Very annoying, I ordered with express shipping and paid for it, emailed after a week to learn the order never left the shop, then after a bunch of emails I still don’t have a delivery date, can’t get any decent reply and now reading reviews makes me doubt the quality too, for £100 it isn’t cheap,... Delivery is so so slow and it doesn’t…
Delivery is really slow and you can’t see where it is, you only get a progress line that won’t tell you the exact stage. Not good when it also says it’s due from the 8th to the 15th and offers no single day. It should give a clear date and tell you the exact day to expect it. So far I’ve waited t... Returns more problems

More issues—the return stickers sent by the seller don't work, I spent half my Sunday driving to DHL spots trying to send back the items today.

Extremely disappointed – order lost and no refund after 1 month
I’ve stuck with NAKD for ages, ordering most months, but this time the experience was awful. I placed a big order over a month ago, nearly €300, and DHL lost it. For three weeks I’ve been chasing support every couple of days, and they just say an “investigation” is open but won’t refund or own up... They even asked me to pick up at a DHL point I did not pick, and I went there three times to hear it wasn’t there. It’s draining, annoying, and totally not okay. I feel cheated — they’ve kept my cash and skipped my messages. It’s a real shame because their items are nice, but I won’t order from NAKD again after this. I’m still waiting for a refund, and this whole thing just feels unfair today.

Fix your tariffs issue

Sort out your tariffs mess. Other brands from abroad have it right. That fix is not just comical, it's a bit insulting. If US buyers pay that shipping plus duty, I feel second-hand embarrassment for you. Honestly, it looks lazy today.

Do not order from here- no money refunded
Avoid ordering here. You can't send back items without them sending the return label first, which takes ages. They finally gave me my refund but said it would be a voucher since I took too long to send the stuff back. They didn't answer any emails. I had to dispute it with my bank to get money ba... Dont bother buying you get charged for a refund

I unfortunately had items missing from…

Some items were missing from my box because the bag wasn't sealed. Mistakes happen, and I don't think it was on purpose. I reached out to their support (Kate), who handled things well and made sure everything got fixed for good.

Love na-kd! I shop with them once a month. A problem with one item happened, first time, and support fixed it, and i got a new pair 😊 I’d say yes.
