Pretty pleased i joined this bank, even though i worried about the charges. However, the help when i had questions was great. The perks like travel cover were nice, quick to answer questions and they paid claims fast without big delays or hassles at any time. Airport lounge discount was nice for ... Really nice banking service overall, but another free ATM withdrawal each month would be nice. Any chance you could restore it to three withdrawals per month like it used to?

Best online bank ever
Been with N26 for few years now, and this is my take on the best online bank there is. Everything runs smooth. I feel a bit bad about using free plan, but I’ll upgrade soon.

Great hassle free banking with great customer service
This bank is solid online and with the card. I've used N26 as my go-to bank for nearly a decade and never had a single issue. The card works anywhere and I travel a lot all around the world.

Used N26 for a year now and the free plan is nice, but the big issue is getting help when something goes wrong. You leave a message and wait, and you talk to several different people over the whole thing. The paid plan adds phone support, yet you don’t get much extra, so the price feels higher th... I wish the support teams stayed consistent, and I hoped some quick fixes would come through faster. Still, I would tell friends to try it at least.

Humiliating Customer Service
1. The confirmation on 07.07.2025 turned out false. I got no reply at all. Worse, the block stayed in place. A direct debit failed in July because of a chat mix‑up. I asked many times to lift it and was told it was done, but it never showed. I asked for a PDF confirmation, but after three months,... 1. The confirmation on 07.07.2025 turned out false. I asked for a PDF confirmation, but after three months, nothing arrived. When I reached out again, the reply did not fit. I kept chat notes and emails, hoping for a fix. 2. Then my bank account was shut without warning. Only one email came, and I cannot log in since. I have no idea when this debit problem will be fixed. Because the bank made the mistake, I now face extra charges and could end up in legal trouble. I also checked the bank app daily for any update. 3. No papers can be downloaded from the link they sent by email. And the chat is not there anymore. The more I waited, the more I worried. My documents are important. After the sudden closure, I couldn't grab files or reach the bank by chat or message. Calling has never worked from the start, until today. 4. N26 never replies as fast as Trustpilot, and again the reply is useless; my case stays unfixed. I still hope they fix this and give me a real answer soon. Please fix this quickly now.
Terrible online banking, avoid joining and never keep much money there because one morning I woke up and my cash vanished. Then I messaged them and it took about an hour or two to fix it. Imagine they lost it again? And now I have 12 euros left and I wanted to close it, but they can't help me can... How is it possible to not be able to cancel a delete request? And I still have money there; what if they steal the 12 euros and kick me out? Worst online banking I’ve seen. Rude staff and they can’t do much for you, just stress you out and make you feel bad. So I would never trust this bank again. If you value your money, stay away from them.
N26 is the best online bank I have ever used in my experience personally. They are not a wallet app, but a licensed bank with services from phone. I hope they widen what they offer fast so they stay useful not old. I would suggest it to folks in the EU, very solid choice for sure.

My N26 account has been blocked since 30 September.
Everything began after I handled a few crypto transfers. Before that, I put more than €5,000 into my N26 account and later tried to pull it out — but N26 chose to block and end my account anyway. If they don’t allow deposits or withdrawals to crypto sites, they should have stopped it before taking my money, not after. I’ve sent all the papers they asked for (and more), but I’ve heard nothing back confirming the review or acceptance of my files. The only note I got says my account will be shut down on 12 December 2025, and I can’t withdraw anything until then. I even gave an alternative IBAN weeks ago, but there’s been no reply for more than three weeks now. At this point, I feel like I’ve just lost 6–12 months of savings. It’s crazy that in 2025, a mess like this can take so long to fix. I now have to file complaints with BaFin and might even need to hire a lawyer — something that should not be needed just to access my own money, for example.
